Somewhere between a quarter and mid life crisis

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our little Finny 🦈 was baptized yesterday, which was about 15 months too late for his Catholic grandparents (he’s one btw).

He’s a blessed baby now and in great hands with JP and Mya as his godparents. Good luck helping us with this little guy! by @robotocan

Finn turns one today and it feels appropriate to share that we originally intended for his name to allude to the peacefulness and chill of a dolphin in the sea.

Instead, we’ve been gifted what I affectionately call a Baby Shark 🦈

And the 3 of us wouldn’t have it any other way.

Thus begins my favorite part (to-date) of fatherhood - walking around restaurants, wrestling, and finding ways to hit on B through the boys. by @robotocan

Our Lego building, goofy dancing, mini comedian, and kind-hearted lil dawg turns 4 today!

Every year I look forward to all of the new things we will do and lessons we will learn together as father and son. Thank god he gave me a cocky little shit to keep me on my toes. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

When life thrusts you into reality, sometimes you need memories to anchor you. These are some of my faves of late by @robotocan

it’s officially B day

While this year may have felt like a pregnant blur to you, it’s been my favorite one by your side. Cheers to many more years of fun and teaching our boys how to dance to songs they are probably too young to listen to.

Love you

Tag @beckyb_473 in the comments and wish her a happy b day!

POR FINN!

Introducing Finley Rhode Canales, affectionately known as Baby Finn 🐬

Born: 8/18/25
Time: 1:07 AM
Weight: 7lb 10oz
Length: 19.5 in

Although Becky was scheduled to be induced on Monday night, Finn decided it was time to start the process a day ahead.

After a brief stint at the NICU, we were able to bring him home with us on the same day we were scheduled to leave. Which, if you know us, meant everything.

And while delivery was perfect, the most meaningful part of this experience so far has been seeing our family grow through Rocky’s eyes.

As parents, you spend a lot of time wanting to do more for your kid, and seeing Rocky with Finn is a reminder that we are doing enough.

PS: @miamidolphins your newest fan has arrived. Fin(n)s Up! by @robotocan

Four years ago we took some gender reveal pics with a backdrop we painted together. We saved it for the memory of it, but also just in case we were blessed to have another boy in the future.

Here we are, four years later and 38 weeks into a pregnancy. Same backdrop, but now with Rocky.

And this time, all for Baby Finn 🐬 by @robotocan

His broad jump is more of a skip, and his sprints are all smiles. But man was it fun to watch.

Thanks @lettytorresatc for getting Rocky into the @juniordolphins combine 🐬 taken in Baptist Health Training Complex by @robotocan

We’ve spent three years as a family of 3. Three years celebrating you everyday and spoiling you a little more on Mother’s Day. This time next year, it’ll be 4 of us and while I can’t wait to meet Baby Finn, it feels right to look back at some of the moments that made me fall for you a little harder.

Happy Mother’s Day boo! I’m alright as dad because you’re a such great mom. Your 3 boys love you 🚀🐬 🦄 by @robotocan
