West Point, NY 🇺🇸⛰️🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

We took on a seriously tough sprint triathlon in West Point this past Sunday, and this one definitely lived up to the challenge. The bike was no joke, with some brutal hills, and the run kept the suffering going. And everything probably would’ve been a little more enjoyable if I hadn’t forgotten my cycling shoes. 😂

Instead, I hopped on the bike in my girlfriend’s size 9 water shoes. Definitely not the ideal setup—and definitely made an already challenging course even harder.

But somehow, in a field packed with some absolute studs, I managed to finish 23rd overall and 3rd in my age group. 🥉 Definitely recommend this race if you’re looking for a legitimately challenging sprint triathlon, a tough course, and a field that will make you work for every spot. I’m so proud of you @jessrama.611

Now I just need to remember my damn bike shoes next time. 😂 taken in West Point - The U.S. Military Academy by @robotsheart

The triathlon community used to be so niche. But on this day, the numbers not only grew, the diversity, age range and gender did as well. Jamesport never disappoints, and the energy is always electric. Congratulations to @jessrama.611 on her triathlon debut ❤️, and all my friends who keep me motivated and their finishes. There’s a lot of you, so I’m not singling anyone out! 🤣 19th Overall/4th AG, I’ll take it! See you next year! #jamesporttriathlon @amarino96 @bennbirch @mjt_fitness @eric_gong55 (triathlon debut) @franzthemarathoner @da_rock79 @trifitbayron @elitefeats @capturedbyblaise @zbrowningphotography @raceawesome @darrenjmeenan taken in Jamesport Beach by @robotsheart

I don’t know much about baseball, but what I do know, is with proper research, effective referencing, and a creative mind, you can please those that do know baseball. Another epic team-up with @raggedcuts on this beauty for @the7line 7K this Sunday. Top Age Groupers and Overall winners, be on the lookout for this award! Good luck to everyone running, and for those lucky ones, enjoy the art. ⚾️🌎 🏃‍♂️ #creativedirector #the7line7k taken in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park by @robotsheart
