When this crew locks in, the progress on the dirt is unreal. This morning, we were standing on a plain concrete slab. By sunset? The walls are framed, siding is locked down, windows are set, drywall is up, and shingles are going on the roof. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the family and our local partners to pull off a day like this is as real as it gets. This is the exact moment everything comes together! 🔑✨

Handing these keys over to the family is pure celebration. In just 72 short hours, an empty slab was turned into a fully painted, furnished home, complete with made bunk beds, stocked kitchen shelves, and clothes in their exact sizes.

Building side-by-side with this amazing family and our local missionary partners was an absolute blessing from start to finish. This key isn't just opening a door; it's opening up a bright new chapter full of comfort, joy, and peace of mind.

People ask me what three days on the dirt actually looks like. It looks like this.

We don't drop off a check and wave goodbye from a distance. We put our boots on the ground and build side-by-side with the parents and local pastors.

Three days on the dirt. 🔨

Going back to visit the families after a build is the best part of this whole thing. 🏠
