THIRTY DAY RESET CHALLENGE 2026👊🏻🔥

For the past 30 days, I took part in a 30-Day Reset Challenge that completely changed my mindset and my life in so many ways.

During the challenge, I worked out six days a week, cut out junk food and alcohol, tracked my nutrition, and consistently hit at least 150 grams of protein every day. I'm so grateful to @stevodaily for inspiring me to take on this challenge. The community he brought together was truly unreal.

This challenge gave me so much more than physical results. I'm walking away with an amazing community, a stronger mindset, healthier habits, and a level of discipline and drive I didn't know I had. I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who encouraged me, pushed me, and showed up alongside me.

A huge shoutout to my workout partner @emily_eliot14 who spent countless hours keeping me motivated both inside and outside the gym. Working out with your best friend is truly priceless🤍

This is just the beginning. Here's to staying consistent, chasing bigger goals, and becoming the best version of myself. I'm so excited and motivated for what's next. Stay tuned✨🔥 #TDRchallenge by @robs49
