I use to find an outlet by playing the drums. I use to drum and train, I started finding that training at the gym was a bigger outlet then drumming….surprisingly - anyone who knows me will find that very surprising. The gym is my therapy. It is my release from chaos, or the complete utter madness of the day to day life struggles. I fucking love this shit and I don’t ever see myself stopping

18 years of training, countless sessions, and still chasing the next level. No shortcuts — just discipline, pain and consistency - not rocket science💥

22 years old. Just finished training, covered in sweat, muscles pumped, and feeling alive.

Looking back at this photo, I realise the gym has always been more than just lifting weights for me. It’s where I go when my head gets too loud. Where I can leave the stress, anger and bullshit at the door and turn it into something productive.

The iron has been there through some of the hardest days of my life. It gives me something to fight for, something to build, and a reason to keep pushing forward.

Some people go to the gym to change their body.

I go because it helps save my mind.

18 years later, and I’m still chasing that feeling. 🏋️‍♂️🖤
