🚨Hallooooooo🚨 And the winner is…. US! Everyone who worked on this film. Thank you guys! The REAL MVP’s. Also thanks to organizers and the crew at the @trashfilmfestivalkassel Also, thanks to the audience that voted for me! The actual gravity of this achievement hit me in the face a few days ago. I submitted my film to a film festival in Germany, then I moved to Germany, then was selected to that film festival, attended that film festival, and then my film won an award at that film festival. Super! And to win it on the HOLY DAY, of Juneteenth! Pheeeeeew! The other films that screened with my film were DOPE so I feel honored to be in their company!
