Struggling with too much sway in your backswing? Try this simple drill to improve your rotation and stay more centered!

Keep gentle pressure on the ball with your lead hip while turning your upper body. Focus on keeping your head and chest stable without leaning too far toward or away from the target.

The key is to create a proper coil between your hips and upper body, building the stretch that helps generate power in your downswing.

⚠️ Remember, staying centered doesn’t mean keeping your hips frozen! Let your hips rotate naturally while avoiding excessive side to side movement.

Stay centered. Rotate with control. Unlock more power and consistency!

Instead of focusing on the back of the ball, try looking slightly ahead of it. With irons, focus on solid contact and let the club hit the ball first, then the ground.

Ball first → Ground second. Build cleaner contact and more consistent iron shots!
