FAMILY 🩷 sitting in complete gratitude for these humans I get to call family ☺️ honestly the older I get the more feels I feel around time, around the ones who make time, around making time, around being present in time. I told my family the other day how amazing it is that we see each other often, talk almost daily and truly love and want the best for one another. Forever grateful for my mom and dad ..for them showing up for us (as kids and adults) even when it wasn’t easy. Being a parent myself I can now relate to them when they were my age navigating life, marriage, jobs, money, savings, pleasing everyone etc etc and trying not to forget themselves .. love love love those two people in the last slide. #grateful #thankful #familyday by @robyn__ngo

Sometimes in the little quite moments in the car with my girls I feel a rush of gratitude for where I am in my life and for where I’m going. ❤️ Here’s a reminder for you today .. keep going! Baby steps are better then no steps at all! If your looking for someone to hold you accountable I can do that for you! If you’ve been searching for a community of women who are empowering positive and uplifting I can introduce you to mine! Somewhere between being a wife, a mom, and trying to keep all the plates spinning, I’m learning that I can love my family with my whole heart and still make room for myself.

I want my girls to grow up knowing that motherhood is beautiful, but so is having dreams, building confidence, trying new things, and becoming the woman you’re meant to be.

You never really know what another mom is carrying behind the scenes. The silent battles, the mental load, the exhaustion, the pressure to hold it all together while still showing up for everyone else.

Let’s be the moms who lift each other up, celebrate each other, and remind one another that we don’t have to do it all alone.

Make time for your friends. They’re the only ones who will remind you who you were before life got so busy, who will stand beside you through every season, and who will make you laugh until your cheeks hurt.
