**Long Post**
Today (04/21/24) is a day of celebration on sooo many levels!!! When I think back just four months ago I thought this day would be nothing but doom and gloom, but how many of us know that what the devil meant for bad God turns to GOOD 🙌🏾. Four months ago I thought my marriage, after 10 years married and 17 years together, was over and there was no way of coming back from what happened 😔. There I was 7 months into remission from Breast Cancer, thinking whew😮‍💨 that was hard but I made it. Until all hell broke through and my life as I knew it was over! In many ways that statement of “ my life as I knew it” was over but a life I prayed for, for many years was being birthed. In my darkest hours when hope seemed gone, I remembered a God who LITERALLY months prior completely healed my body. I dusted my self off from the fall and got back up and focused on God and not my circumstances. So many things that God had spoke to me and gave me vision for years ago came back to me. Regardless of what my marriage looked like I knew God gave me a testimony and I was going to share it to any and all. I applied for school to get my BA in ministry and leadership so that I can eventually get my MA in biblical counseling. I was accepted into school guys 🤗 So at the young ripe age 😏 of 36 I will be going back to school this Fall 👏🏾. The exciting part of this all is I get to do a church partnership with the school and my church @alfc.church where I learn and do ministry where I already have been growing in Christ. Today marks the church’s 30th year of ministry celebration 🎉 Oh and my marriage that seemed completely done is now moving in a direction of restoration. Not just restoring the marriage we once had but opening the door for the marriage we never had and I prayed for 🙏🏾. And today marks our 11 year wedding anniversary 🎉. So God is calling me into ministry 🎉 The church I get to serve under is celebrating 30 years of ministry 🎉 And my marriage is celebrating 11 years of covenant marriage 🎉 There is nothing too hard for God! And if God never does another thing in my life, He has done enough for me to Praise Him For The Rest Of My Life! #PainAndGain by @robynebird

Y’all I am so emotional about today! It seemed so far away before. But today I am officially declared cancer free and when I look back over my life I am just filled with gratitude! Although we go through the valley God never leaves us. He never fails us, even when the enemy meant it for evil Jesus will use it for good!

*** Breast Cancer Journey***Surgery✅Big chop✅, and preparing for the next chapter of chemo. I start chemo December 28 and I am just reflecting on how far I have come in the last 4 months. God has been right beside me at every step, and will never leave my side! #gratefulheart by @robynebird

We have our second teenager of the house yall!!! Happy 13th Birthday Dariane Raven 🥹😘. I can’t believe we are here, it feels like yesterday that you were the toddler recking havoc in the house. I can’t believe the little creative young lady you are maturing into. Always making something fresh and cool from the ordinary. To my first real life babydoll, I am so proud of the little old lady you are growing into. I pray that this year you embrace the changes and enjoy the journey, love you 😘 🥹🥳🎉🫶🏾 #MsDarianeRaven #OfficialTeenager🩵 by @robynebird

The full Mitchem crew is back in school!!!! I officially have a 12th, 7th, and 5th grader. This is going to be a busy year🫣. Two graduations, dual enrollment with one kid who still needs to learn how to drive 😏. Student council events and projects with another kid and dance team with the other kid. Not to mention ya girl is in school and apart of an internship program herself 🙋🏾‍♀️😂. Jesus take the wheel! This is the last year that I will be running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off for all three of my kiddos because next year I will have a college student off into the real world 🥺 Enjoying these moments while I still have them 🫶🏾 by @robynebird

Last first day 🥹🥹🥹. Senior year has begun for my one and only son. I can’t believe we are here, senior year, 18 in three months and hopefully driving soon. He starts his HVAC program today and never causes drama or trouble. Just an easy going kid who is now a young man 🥹. I always say my son tricked me because he was such an easy kid I thought why not more, but his sisters are on a whole other level of crazy 🤪. Tomorrow the whole crew is back in school 😬, but today is my “young man’s” (still my baby) last first day of high school. by @robynebird

Happy 60th Birthday to my beautiful mother @kimmykat724 . It sucks to be sick on your birthday, but I am so blessed to be able to spend another year with you. Love you mommacita 😘 by @robynebird

Before this day ends I want to publicly acknowledge my best friend, my sister from another mister and the God mommy to my kiddos @songbirdheaven . You have been my friend through sooooo many stages of life. From our adolescent years to now, and I hate to say it , but now middle age 🙄🤣. I love you forever and ever. I pray this last year in your 30’s is everything you have prayed for 😘 by @robynebird

Life lately! Enjoying my time with family. It feels like summer rushed by, as it is almost time to return to school. But not before we spend some quality time 🫶🏾 #TheMitchemCrew by @robynebird

Thank you @patria.faith for this wonderful intentional event, the Mother Daughter Color Run!
