I’m excited to finally share what’s next!
After 23 years in real estate, I know what I value most about this business: the relationships, the trust and the opportunity to be closely involved with the people I represent.
Going forward, I’ll be working independently at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, with more time and intention devoted to each client and each transaction.
I’m grateful for the years Rachel and I spent building RE-VESTA Group together and proud of that chapter. I’m also very happy to have Jill continuing alongside me and to welcome Maddie K. as she begins her own career in real estate.
This feels less like starting over and more like getting back to what I love most about the work.
Same experience. Same commitment. Same exceptional service.

One last photo dump from San Francisco 🌉
I came home from GNE feeling more energized than when I arrived, which says a lot after a few very full days.
It was so much fun reconnecting with longtime friends, meeting new people and spending time with colleagues from across the Sotheby’s network. It really did feel like a big family reunion, with so many familiar faces and wonderful new connections.
Feeling especially grateful for the friendships, encouragement and support, both personally and professionally. What a great reminder of why I love being part of this network.

A little of what’s been happening lately. 🍂
Time with the crew at our Mercer Island office, a visit from @robreffkin at our Bellevue sales meeting, my Avalon Drive waterfront listing making an appearance on the sales wall, a stop at one of my favorites, @buckmason , and beautiful PNW fall making her graceful entrance.

A day on the South Sound with my Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty colleagues! ⚓️
Our end of summer broker cruise was a great opportunity to explore waterfront properties, learn more about the South Sound market and spend time with colleagues from across the region. It was also a pleasure to welcome Tammy Fahmi and Audrey Lee from Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates.

A recent trip NYC with the family! 🗽 A few very full days of eating our way around the city, lots and lots of walking, birthday celebrations, visiting Logan at NYU, taking in some art and a few favorite sights, and making it out to the US Open to see Ben Shelton play. And yes, we tried a Honey Deuce 🎾!
