💕 So grateful to everyone who showed up for our Breast Cancer Awareness Strength Class! 💪🎀

This crew shows up week after week to get stronger, have fun, and lift each other up. It’s about so much more than a workout — it’s community, connection, and showing up for one another.

Feeling extra grateful for this amazing crew! 💗🙌

What will we do this winter w/o YTT ?? by @robynpe

“Everything we experience is in motion.”

The breath changes.
The body changes.
Sensations arise and disappear.
Thoughts come and go.
Emotions move through us.

And yet, so much of our suffering comes from asking something that is constantly changing to stay the same.

The practice isn’t to make the experience stay. The practice is to learn how to be present with what is here.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti ✨✨✨

Sending so much gratitude and love.❤️

June was jumping. I am seriously blessed to have such bright souls in my life.

Yoga invites us to release comparison and return to our own path.

What is meant for you often arrives with a quiet sense of clarity rather than urgency.

Each breath is an opportunity to come back into alignment with yourself.

Every flow brings me back.
Back to breath. Back to body. Back to wholeness ❤️

The heart space—Anahata (heart chakra)—isn’t something to force open,
but something we soften into… again and again.

So much love for this practice.✨

I fell in love with the steadiness.
The strength. The drishti.

The burn.
The long holds.
The slow, quiet surrender—
where everything else starts to melt away.

But that’s not the whole story.

What I really fell in love with…
is what happens when it’s just me on the mat.

When the cues drop away.
When there’s no right way.

Just space to listen.

To play.
To move at my own pace.
To add shapes in, take them out—
to follow what feels true in the moment.

That kind of freedom… it hits different.

That’s the bliss.
Those few moments where nothing is expected
and everything is allowed.

To push… or soften.
To feel it all—and still just be.

That’s what I fell in love with.

Kosha means sheath, like nested layers, moving from the most tangible (physical body) to the most subtle (bliss body/true nature).

Join us Saturday at 1pm for a restorative practice aimed to both clear and connect you with each of the five Koshas.

Please reach out with questions. Open to members and friends. Registration in events.

I return to this practice again and again. It never disappoints—always uncovering truths I hadn’t yet seen and revealing glimmers of my essential self.

Here, I feel alive. Present. Fully in the moment.❤️✨

Grateful for this lineage. @becomeayogi @kestyoga

Sacred Pause✨ Life Time, Vernon Hills

Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep,” but it is not ordinary sleep. It is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently awake and aware.

It’s often described as the state between waking and sleeping—a place where healing, insight, and nervous-system repair naturally occur.

Registration open to all.

So grateful for the amazing souls who joined us for Masks & Melt. We shared a perfectly supported Yin practice paired with nourishing facial masks provided by the Life Spa, creating a deeply soothing experience for body and skin alike. We closed with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, allowing everyone to fully melt into rest and restoration.

Endless thanks to @lifespa_vernonhills for pampering us and helping make this evening so special. 💛

Upcoming: Yoga Nidra Sankalpa
- 1/10 Oakbrook
- 1/17 Vernon Hills
