Two years ago, I was failing classes I wasn’t even going to, smoking every day, and drinking like it was my major.

I had no direction. No real purpose. And honestly, I didn’t even realize how far I had drifted.

Then junior year, second semester, I got a job. It forced me to build a schedule, get disciplined, and start taking responsibility for my life.

But even when things on the outside started looking better, I still felt unfulfilled.

Then one morning, I woke up and the first thing I said was:

“Thank God I woke up today.”

And for whatever reason, that day felt different.

It was one of the best days I had experienced in a long time.

But then came the confusion.

I had the energy to change… but I had no idea where I was going, who I wanted to become, or what my purpose was.

Looking back, I think that morning was just the beginning.

So I started documenting the journey.

Not because I have everything figured out. I don’t.

I’m still navigating it. I still have bad days. I still have questions. I’m still trying to figure out who I’m becoming.

But I’ve learned that gratitude, faith, and fitness have completely changed the way I look at my life.

Fitness helps clear the mind.

Faith cleanses the soul.

And knowing there is a God who loves you regardless of where you’ve been gives you a reason to keep moving forward.

If you’re in the same place I was a few years ago, I just want you to know this:

You’re not stuck.

You don’t need to have your whole life figured out today.

Sometimes you just need to be grateful that you woke up, take the next step, and trust that the direction will come.

I’m building this page to help people do exactly that—to become stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.

If I can help even one person get out of the rut I was once in, then everything I’m doing is worth it.

This is my story.

And I’m just getting started. 🙏🏼

It’s so easy to grab your phone and scroll when it get tough. The dopamine rush that it gives you is like no other, but are brains aren’t wired to get so much dopamine every day. That’s why life feels boring most days. Use your phones for good reasons not to procrastinate life. #stayoffyourphone #getmoving by @rocco.sinz

I in fact, did not get it. I still wanted to post the video anyway, because comparison is a thief of joy. And especially comparing yourself to someone you don’t really know and just the highlights of their life really can bring you down even though they are going through struggles that they just don’t talk about. If you are struggling, just pray about what you’re struggling and how to help you out out of it. Every struggle is a lesson to be learned. #believe #getuncomfortable #trustingod by @rocco.sinz

This verse has really helped me when I’m going through tough times because it helps me focus on the positive more than the negative of what I am going through. There’s always a lesson to be learned. You just have to find a way to learn it.#believe #trustingod #love by @rocco.sinz

You never know where the day will take you. Always look at the positive that happens because there’s always gonna be negative but when you look at the positive, your perspective and your outlook at life changes by @rocco.sinz

The empanadas I had were jerk chicken and regular they were amazing.The whoopie pies looked so good but they were so underwhelming, not as much taste and had to make a filling because they were lacking. If you ever had an Oreo cakeseter that’s what they tasted like. Hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. by @rocco.sinz

I honestly did not want my mom too book me on another flight because I was content at being stuck at the airport and just getting work done. Luckily she didn’t listen to me and booked him on another flight and I’m so glad she did. Cause then I got to spend the rest of my night with my family having a great dinner and dessert. Even though things didn’t work out how they’re supposed to they still worked out so don’t worry about it in the present. Everything works out how it’s supposed too. by @rocco.sinz
