Adapting to an earlier morning routine with a new work schedule has been interesting . Going to bed early and waking up at the crack of dawn hasn’t been too bad and I think I’m starting to become a morning person lol .

A few lifts from this week . Training hard and having fun this offseason . No expectations but to check the boxes I need to check everyday and get a little bit better .

Schedule got turnt around and worked a ton but adapted and made it work smoothly !! The weekend off was much needed lol. Got some great work training , some awesome early morning lifts , spent time with friends and family , and had a great check in with coach . Life is good 🙏

Came off stage with the worst national placing of my life in July at my last show. It feels terrible to regress in something you put your heart and soul jnto . Simply was nowhere near good enough to be where I wanted to be in 2026. Made a change and a new fire was lit . Having fun checking boxes and becoming a better version of myself everyday physically and mentally . I say this a lot but the patience, persistence, and perseverance bodybuilding has taught me translates into everything I do in life and grateful for the life lessons it taught me . Rough week .. but better days are coming.
Today I took a walk and looked in the sky and reminded myself that life is a gift . Blessed for a family that loves me , the best friends I can ask for , and for my health and the ability to pursue my passion .

6 1/2 weeks ago I linked up with @davidshortfitness after USAs to coach me going forward . I felt defeated and disappointed in the way my season went , but data was collected and lessons were learned .

Had a two hour phone call and immediately got labs the following day and had a meal plan ready to go . 6 1/2 weeks later my labs are awesome and I’m eating a significant amount of food at 185 then I was last year in my peak off season at 216 . Checking every box and having the time of my life doing it .

A new fire had been lit and my love for the sport grew even more . Optimistic and excited for the long offseason . Blessed to do what I love . Man I love bodybuilding 💪

Since competition season concluded life had been nonstop busy . Today I reminded myself that I really am blessed . I’m blessed for the amazing environments I train at , I’m blessed for my career and the new opportunities, I’m blessed for my great friends , I’m blessed for my family , I’m blessed for my health and the ability to chase my bodybuilding goals . Everyday having the opportunity to wake up and live life is blessing and should never be taken for granted.

6 weeks post show I’m eating more food then I ever had in a plan and staying lean , my bloodwork is looking amazing , and I’m optimistic and excited to keep improving this offseason . @undeniable_aesthetics
