when you see the civil war in America still happening… think. When there’s an election coming up and the divide seems to be like colors of a scrimmage team… think. As someone who is “black” in this country I don’t want to be in a “mixed race” situation with everyone silently and subliminally triggered by the chairs and chuckling about it to ease the stress because no one used their words to express repetitive suppression and oppression through fear-trends. I’m not a wolf, a sheep, a donkey or an elephant and most people with my opinion would rather say nothing than deal with people… or sheeple… thinking they’re over thinking the obvious. We as a country/community need to continue to normalize group therapy as a nation because the state of our union isn’t funny and trending jokes like these contribute to inherent bias. Example of Inherent Bias is when someone has a knee jerk reaction that is Racist either on purpose or by accident…
I’ll be the one to say something, and know I’m not the only one affected. by @rochellearose

Eyes closed because I’m imagining but you can imagining me with eyes open no problem. “Imagine” by John Lennon is the song that opened the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and I examined the lyrics: he says “imagine we have no possessions.” Does this include no clothing? 🤔 maybe we only have sacred clothing that is all hand me down and heirloom? Would that possession thing include Housing? This may help since we’re on colonized land, technically some of these possessions were stolen. Hakuna Matata- Forget about it!

Lennon also mentions imagining that there is no heaven or hell. No Heaven, or Hell?! So this means there’s nothing- Nothing except anything we deem to create from the present moment. Our collective and individual imaginations are so powerful, and I know they don’t teach this regularly yet, but each of our thoughts has a physical form. That’s why prayers, mantras and affirmations are so powerful- we’re drilling in an effect from the metaphysical when we think things over and over again.

I dunno about y’all but I’m trying to convince myself I’m a super hero with the focus to inspire. I imagine realizing my potential by living out loud through my gifts, evolving in peace and love (truth) each moment. I imagine eternal bliss that resonates throughout the ups and downs of perception. For this to happen, I’ll need proper nourishment- which is a step we often skip when imagining #guthealth 🧠 #foodshouldbefree

I imagine I have the freedom to speak my truth without being judged and I understand that judgement begins within. So I’m giving myself permission and forcing myself to imagine.

I realize this is a champagne problem or maybe a symptom of anxiety induced by existential crisis, but sometimes when I walk into the grocery store I feel like everything is trying to kill me. Low key. It's like that party scene in a movie where everything is going awesome but you know someone is going to die.

you know why!? Everything from chicken to broccoli is wrapped in plastic. It's not nice guys. I haven't seen one bag of chips that's actually packaged in paper.
If you find that paper packaged chip bag, call me. and propose. sustainability is sexy.

I really like persimmons. Grateful to live in abundance. Happy anniversary of the WHO declaring COVID a real thing. Holding my loved ones close when masked or carefully at a distance of about 6 feet. Taking my vitamins and meditating daily. Incorporating running into my routine to release the tension I find myself holding in my knees, feet, and jaw. Eating better than ever before, saying “no” to the dairy because it’s a vessel for inflammatory hoohaww. What do I do when in a pandemic? Look to the wisdom of my grandmomma. Keeping God’s love first. Keeping God’s words close to my heart. Eating straight from the ground as often as possible. Peace. taken in Claremont, California by @rochellearose
