You know what Dragons really love? Tacos of course! A boy and his dog are watching a TV show about dragons when they unexpectedly get caught up in the ‘Dos and Don’ts’ of what to serve to dragons to eat. Dragons love tacos, but if they accidentally eat spicy salsa…watch out! RCTC Theatre brings this beloved children's story to life! Written by Ernie Nolan and based on the book by Adam Rubin and illustrated by Daniel Salmieri. Performances are: - Saturday, October 31 at 2pm - Saturday, November 7 at 2pm Run time is around 50 minutes per show. Tickets Now Available: Get your tickets in advance by calling 507-285-7200 or at the RCTC Box Office one-hour before the performance. Cash of check only. The Box Office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am-4pm, and one hour prior to each performance. $5.00: Adults $3.00: Children 12 and under, adults 65+, and non-RCTC Students. Free: Current RCTC Students with valid student id. Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) is proud to announce its Outstanding Educator for 2026, Psychology Instructor Jamie Mahlberg, Ed.D. Dr. Mahlberg was selected for her exemplary teaching, dedication, and commitment to student success. “Students nominated Dr. Mahlberg for her exceptional contributions to RCTC,” said the College’s Vice President of Academic Affairs, Michelle Pyfferoen. “Evidence of her exemplary teaching, dedicated service, and commitment to the institution, along with numerous student testimonials, reflects the influence she has had on our students and campus community. She is truly a deserving recipient of RCTC’s Outstanding Educator Award.” One student nominator shared, “Dr. Mahlberg does an outstanding job at being very interactive in this class. Her effort and energy in this class makes me want to have every class with her, and I hope to take more of her classes in the future.” As a full-time faculty member, Dr. Mahlberg will have her portfolio forwarded to the Minnesota State Board of Trustees as a finalist for the Board of Trustees Award for Excellence.
