My prayer this Yom Kippur.
Please. Let me be water.
The waters of the Mikvah hold us as we re-mold ourselves.
The day of Yom Kippur is a 26 hour space of pure Mikvah.
Fall into it and feel yourself melt into what is still possible.

For those of you who have been on this journey with me… tomorrow will be the last day of the count.
But first today. And surprise… 🤫It’s my birthday! 🎂
it is always the 48th day of the Omer. So today’s count is extra special for me and I want to offer you all the blessings of abundance and flow that arise from this holy work of refining our inner world.

I love the holy work we’re doing here and I love that we’re doing it together.
May we elevate the world to Mashiach together. Amein.

Sefirah of today: Yesod of Malchut

Yesod is the Pleasure of Connection,

Malchut is Presence.

When Yesod is integrated into Malchut, connection is no longer something we try to create through effort. It emerges through presence itself.

There are many ways to build connection—through giving, through words, through acts of care. But there is a more elemental form of connection that precedes all of these: the act of truly being with another.

To be present to someone without an agenda, without needing to fix, impress, or respond—this becomes a vessel that can hold the other person as they are. In that space, the other feels received, and in that being-received, deep connection emerges. by @rochiepinson

Sefirah of today: Hod of Malchut

Hod is Humility,
Malchut is Presence.

Malchut with Netzach allows us to show up confidently as ourselves. The danger in Malchut is that our presence could take up too much space and not allow for others to express the fullness of their presence as well.

When Hod is integrated into Malchut - we are able to show up with humility and dignity. Then all those around us can find their own way of being, without feeling overwhelmed or limited by our presence.

Sefirah of today: Netzach of Malchut

Netzach is confidence,
Malchut is Presence.

Showing up with confidence is not only easier for the person who is showing up, but completely changes the way their presence impacts others.

Encountering a person who is uncomfortable with themselves, and who shows up from a place of discomfort, can be deeply unsettling and lowers the vibration of the environment around them.

When Netzach — confidence and outgoing energy — is integrated into Malchut, we show up with the confidence that we are enough as we are. And this confidence allows others to show up fully and comfortably as themselves when they are in our presence. by @rochiepinson

Sefirah of today: Tiferet of Malchut

Tiferet is Compassion,
Malchut is Presence.

We strive to show up fully for others through the quality of Malchut — deep, grounded presence. Yet in the process, there is a risk that we may neglect our own inner experience and fail to show up for ourselves.

To integrate Tiferet into Malchut is to be fully present for another while maintaining compassion for ourselves in that moment as well.

It is the ability to hold space for others without abandoning our own needs — showing up for both ourselves and others, equally and simultaneously. by @rochiepinson

Sefirah of today: Gevurah of Malchut

Gevurah is Boundaries and Discipline.
Malchut is Presence.

Malchut wants to receive and is open to what is brought to her.

Without a deep sense of boundaries, (Gevurah), there is a danger of the wrong thing being received and nurtured.

Gevurah is the discernment to allow in that which can be nourished and birthed, and to close off the space to what is parasitic or toxic, unwilling or unable to grow.

With the integration of Gevurah into Malchut, our space and presence remains one which is pure and allows for life and growth.

Final Week of the Omer!
Week of Malchut.

Today is 43 days, which is 6 weeks and 1 day of the Omer.

Sefirah of today: Chesed of Malchut

Chesed is Loving-Kindness
Malchut is Presence.

Malchut is the openness in which growth can unfold—the capacity to receive and make space for something to emerge. Like the womb, Malchut does not force change; it allows what is meant to grow to come into being.

Chesed is the impulse to give—the movement that nurtures and advances growth.

On its own, Malchut can become overly passive: a vessel that waits, receives, and holds space, but does not generate movement.

Chesed brings vitality into that stillness. When Chesed infuses Malchut, receptivity becomes generative. Presence is no longer neutral—it becomes nourishing.

In our lives, this can look like listening with warmth and intention. We do not simply hear another person’s story or pain; we receive them in a way that encourages shift and growth to emerge. Our presence itself, our capacity to receive with Chesed, generates change. by @rochiepinson

Sefirah of today: Malchut of Yesod

Malchut is presence.
Yesod is the pleasure found in connection.

To truly experience pleasure as the unifying experience that it is, we need to be present and undistracted.

When we let go of the to-do list and the what-did-l-do list - and integrate Malchut-full presence- into Yesod, we are then able to truly experience the joy of being completely at one-the merge of mind/body-that is the essence of Yesod. by @rochiepinson

Today is 41 days, which is 5 weeks and 6 days of the Omer.

Sefirah of today: Yesod of Yesod

Yesod is the pleasure found in connection.

When we experience pleasure, we become unified with that experience—pleasure and unity are one. “There is no unification without pleasure.”

In a moment of true pleasure, we lose ourselves and become one with what is. There is an innocence in children’s play, where they are fully immersed in the joy of the moment—not for any end goal or ulterior motive, but because the play itself is enough.

As adults, we often lose that sense of playfulness, seeing everything as a means to an end. That is why the pleasure of Shabbat is so special: on a day where we can simply be, we can once again experience pleasure for its own sake.

This is the Yesod of Yesod—pleasure in pleasure itself, the recognition that in its deepest form, pleasure is a fully unifying experience by @rochiepinson
