This year, Amazon Music honors “The Women Shaping Latin Music & Culture” at a milestone moment for the industry. 💜

With touring gross revenue for Latina artists up 47% YoY, global music charts dominated by incredible women, and songs like “Dai Dai” reaching #1 on Amazon Music in 2026, there are more than enough reasons to take a step back and celebrate just how far Latina artists have come — and where they’re going next.

And to mark this moment, we’ve developed a one-of-a-kind partnership with the one and only @shakira — one that goes well beyond music & content, into commerce, technology and education:

Bad Bunny closed out the final show of his historic Puerto Rico residency with a groundbreaking Amazon livestream that brought the energy of No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí to fans around the world. This ended up being the most-watched single-artist performances in streaming history and a truly meaningful moment for Boricua pride. 🇵🇷✨

Exactly a week ago Amazon Music delivered “Una Noche Tropical” in Vegas, an evening to celebrate the timeless power of Tropical music, as the genre with the biggest growth in Alexa in 2025, with an outstanding 60% increase year over year! We also announced the Alexa Latin Music Awards winners, with @badbunnypr becoming “The Voice of the Year” as the most requested and most consumed Latin artist of 2025, @titodoublep becoming the artist with biggest growth, as well as so many other well-deserved winners from multiple categories, including podcasts.

This event -and incredible year- wouldn’t have been possible without the support of all of our industry partners and Amazon peers, thanks for always trusting and joining us on this beautiful journey. Special thanks to @noahassad, @rayrayacosta , @roddyp29 , and the entire @rimas team for letting us contribute to bring Puerto Rico to the world, this time with the best possible line up ft: @losplenerosdelacresta, @christianalicea , @titonievesoficial, @elviscrespolive and @perronegro. These were some of the best performances I’ve experienced myself, so iconic and refreshing at the same time, they gave it all!!!

As I told @noahassad , simply put, this is the most meaningful project I’ve worked on in my entire career. Combining my passion for music, culture and technology in order to spread joy AND impact in the world, it’s certainly a once in a lifetime opportunity. “Una Más” is much more than a global concert, is the beginning of a multi-year collaboration which turns the power of music into lasting progress for the island, spanning education, disaster relief, support to local businesses and cultural empowerment.

This is the labor of many months of work and MANY amazing and talented people across Amazon, Rimas and beyond. Thanks to all involved, Im deeply grateful to @badbunnypr , @noahassad , @ikajimenez7, for believing on us and thanks to the multiple business across @amazon that decided to go in this journey with us. Special thanks to the Latin-Iberia team, your passion, hard work and dedication is extraordinary. I’m very lucky to be surrounded by you all.

3 months of baby Noah ❤️. A lot of people have reached out lately asking me where I am or have been…well, growing this sweet little boy! Having 3 kids under 5 is just insanity 😅 but I’m SO lucky to have an incredible family, a company that supports me and the BEST team on earth holding down the fort, thanks for everything to the @amazonmusiclatin family. Thank you to the recording academy @latingrammys for this recognition alongside women that have inspired me for so long: @kanygarcia @janinarosado @rosalagarrigue gracias por compartir este momento que jamás olvidaremos. Thanks to my dear friend / sister @rebecaleon for being there for me yesterday and always, love you 😍 you’ve taught me plenty about this business…
Thanks to the whole industry, friends, former family @spotify @warnermusic and now @amazonmusic , I wouldn’t be here without your trust in what I do. I hope you know I take my role in the industry VERY seriously and I’m grateful to represent our music and culture. To all my fellow female leaders: let’s keep coming together, support one another, and bridge the gap of inequality. We have the tools and are in positions to make that change possible- for our daughters and the next generation of women that are looking up to us. I literally could not be more honored to be part of this group of amazing ladies that have truly always inspired me: @rosalagarrigue @kanygarcia @janinarosado. Super humbled to share this with them and the other amazing leaders that came before us for this important recognition by the @latingrammys.

I personally have never taken for granted the responsibility that people in our situation have in the industry and the role that we play to make sure it continues to offer equal opportunities to everyone. We’re not there yet, but it’s with steps like these ones that we continue to prove that the change is happening and most importantly, that is here to stay. I know my two beautiful daughters, Luna and Ella, will grow in a place where the sky is the limit.

I want to give a special shout-out to all the amazing women that are/were part of the Latin team @amazonmusic because quite frankly, I wouldn’t be here without them today: @angiejromero @anagalleta @michellegas @jenesisalonsoo @lucianavee @jennmorales718 @mmmevmmm @venuscirene @criss.martinn @amayam. Thanks for your support every single day.
