🚀 WE'RE MOVING ON TO ROUND 2! 🚀
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to the King's Head on Wednesday and voted for us in the first round of @x929calgary Battle of the Bands.

Because of your support, we came away with the win and are headed to the next round.
We also want to give a shoutout to the incredible bands we shared the stage with. One of the best parts of these events is getting to meet talented local musicians and be part of Calgary's music community.

Thank you to The King's Head Pub for hosting a great night, and to X92.9 for creating an opportunity for local bands to compete for a chance to open One Weekend Only.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who took the time to come down, grab a drink, listen to some music, and cast a vote. We couldn't have done it without you.

Now it's on to the next round.

@rocket.alexander has been invited by @x929calgary to play the @thekingshead.ca this coming Thursday, September 24, as they search for the opening act to support @saidthewhale @fionnband and @kflay at the One Weekend Only Festival in Banff this November.

This’ll be one HELL of a show!
