It’s not often we run aftermarket parts on our bikes, usually, stock is trick! 😎 But when you’ve got a 15+ year relationship with @mototass you know exactly who to call when they come up with something new. 🤘🏼

They just sent us a set of prototype V-Force 4X reeds with their new NDRX reed petals, and we couldn’t wait to bolt them into this 2027 KTM 300 XC-W. 🔥

This was our first time combining the V-Force 4X setup with the KTM TBI and oil injection system. At first, I’ll admit, pulling it out of the box had me scratching my head a little 😂. Once I actually read the instructions, it all made perfect sense. The design is badass, the fit and finish is spot-on, and everything went together exactly like it should.

Even just ripping it up and down the road and giving it a few driveway revs (sorry, neighbors 😂), this thing feels WAY crisper and more responsive than the stock reeds.

Now it’s time to get it out in the woods and put some real hours on it! 🌲🔥

Super stoked to be teaming up with @peak.graphics this year! 🤘 Our buddy Soggy Sam has been absolutely crushing it and bringing our merch ideas to life with some killer samples. Can’t thank him enough!!

I know… you’re probably already asking where you can get one. 😅 We’re working through a bunch of designs and products to put together a lineup we’re proud of. What else do you guys want to see? Beanies? Windbreakers? T-Shirts?

There’s nothing better than bringing an old gem back to life. 🤘🏼

Stoked to help my buddy Little Kevin get a fresh set of wheels built for his 2007 Honda CR125. I feel like hand-building wheels is becoming a lost art these days, everyone just buys complete wheelsets. But nothing beats a set of custom, hand-laced wheels finished with fresh Cerakote. The details make all the difference.
This bike has been rebuilt from the frame up, and these wheels were the final piece of the puzzle.

Huge shoutout to our friends over at @dubyausa for getting us set up with the correct spokes and helping make this build come together!

Quick Tire change! Pulled off a @dunlopmoto MX14 paddle with a Bib and installed an AT82 scoop mounted forward!

🚨 2025 GasGas MC85 Refresh 🚨

This one rolled into the shop with a hole straight through the top of the piston 😳. A full teardown was in order to make sure no debris was left hiding in the bottom end.

We cleaned everything out and went back together with a pile of OEM parts to get this bike race-ready again! Thankfully we have some bad ass dealers in New England who stock the parts to keep us all running!

🔧 OEM piston
🔧 New clutch
🔧 Complete gasket kit

It’s that time of year again… Pro Motocross Outdoor Nationals season. Unfortunately due to injury we’re stuck spectating.

Crazy to think this marks 15 years of spinning wrenches professionally for Chris, and 10 years since I started what most people knew as John Adamy Race Development, now Rocket Performance due to a conflict with a company that doesn’t even exist anymore. But it turned out to be even better 😎.

What started as a simple fundraiser to work on bikes so I could afford to race RedBud and finally jump LaRocco’s Leap somehow turned into a part-time job keeping all my friends dreams alive. Somewhere along the way it became a lot bigger than I ever imagined.

This year has been busier than ever. Engine after engine, bikes booked out months in advance, working a full-time job and then spending every night in the shop trying to keep everyone rolling. It’s definitely taken a toll on me this year, but it’s always cool to look into the past to see where we’ve come!

Looking back over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to meet some incredible people and build friendships through motorcycles that I’ll carry forever. Being Chris’s mechanic, and more importantly his friend, has taught me a lot about life. Most of the time the race itself is the easy part. The real battle has always been the race for time, money, and overcoming every obstacle in between. For 15 years it’s felt like one long David vs. Goliath story. But crazy to think how many of the battles we actually won!

There are way too many people to thank individually, but I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted me with their bikes, supported what I do, helped along the way, or simply believed in me. None of this happens alone.

The opportunities motorcycles have given me traveling the country, meeting amazing people, and getting to build a life around something I truly love, have been unreal. Chase your dreams you never know where they’ll take you!

Here’s a few photos from over the years, it only let me pick 20 even though I have thousands!

2018 FC250 all wrapped up for Haley and ready to rip for @p27offroad_gp at @thewick338mx this weekend 🤘

This poor thing got absolutely put through the wringer. Came in full of metal through the bottom end after the starter clutch one-way pawls got flattened from laying on the starter a little too long. The glitter made its way into the connecting rod big end bearing, so it was time for a full tear down and deep clean.

Good news is the important stuff survived. Cylinder was still in spec and perfectly round, and all 4 valves plus the seats still had plenty of life left in them. Loaded it back up with all OEM parts and buttoned it up right.

Should be good for a long time now… although knowing Haley it’ll probably have another 100 hours on it by next week 😂 taken in Team Rocket HQ by @rocket.performance.llc
