Back in 2021, I told a friend that one day I would like to do this. This felt like a dream!

What an incredible experience doing this race with my husband @thehuncoach and my @lifeofluje 😍❤️

Things I’ve heard very often: Just wait until you get pregnant. Just wait until the baby is born. Just wait until you have multiple children.
.
If you’re looking for an excuse, you’ll always find one.
..
Of course not every pregnancy and life situation allows us to be active. But we often catch ourselves seeking and finding excuses where there are none.

This brunch has been so refreshing. It’s the one away from the city. Fresh air, Views, Live cooking stations, A grill station (my favorite) , we don’t drink alot but his place makes an exceptionally hard to resist tamarind sour ✨ And the dessert? 🥵 just wow 😍

📍Ninive, Raffles Al Areen Palace
Brunch : 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM
If you just want to drink and have bites of food they also have that sunset offer from 5:00 PM. Btw, the view of the sunset there is something you won’t find in the city.😍 taken in Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain by @rocketfit.kris

The ASICS Trabuco 14✨ — for us with wide feet, for the rocky terrains, for being much more stable yet versatile on technical terrains.

Rise and Shine, Bahrain 🇧🇭😍
There’s somehing about the quiet streets, running while the city sleeps, the morning breeze, the birds chirping. It just sets the tone of your whole day. What a good feeling! 🧡

Do you prefer running in the morning or afternoon?
Also, this superblast 3 in this colour 😮‍💨 Hot or not? 👀🔥

Self-care sundays 🤍
I still work on sundays but I get to slow down in training. Recovery is still part of training. I love my recovery days at @oslo_massage.bh they really know their thing. Especially the massage 😍 it’s like it’s curated for runners.
I do this once or twice a month and I love how it just relaxes me 😌 taken in Villagio Bahrain by @rocketfit.kris

This is a place i’ll never get tired of. Food prepared with care, open kitchen, cozy atmosphere and most importantly, very good italian food 🤌🏽😌✨ This is not an AD. We used to go to @ottobahrain even before Zoe was born and this month, they just cooked something new, a whole menu of it! 🥵

Sometimes i don’t understand it either but running for sure does something to my mind and even after just a few minutes of running, I already feel so much lighter 😌
