Einfach und schnell! ⚡️🚀

From the sea to the top of Cyprus. In one day.

Meet George. Cyclist at heart, and on November 7th he takes on the Xtreme OlympusMan: a 3.8 km swim from the beach in Paphos, 178 km on the bike through the mountains, then a 42 km trail run all the way up to the summit of Mount Olympus with 5,700 m of climbing along the way.

He’s trained mostly on the bike. His biggest challenge? The swim. His goal? Cross that finish line and find out what he’s really capable of.

Can a cyclist conquer one of the toughest triathlons out there?

This is just the beginning. We’re following George all the way to Olympus. Stay tuned.

Keine Experimente beim Race Day ❌

Testet eure Verpflegung schon im Training. Bei euren Longruns. Intervallen. Nur so wisst ihr, was funktioniert. 🤌

What should we answer next? Let us know 👇 by @rocketfuelendurance

Last month I had the chance to test the energy gels of @rocketfuelendurance .

There are 3 types of gels:
* Train -> ideal for the long easy trainings
* Race -> ideal for faster trainings(intervals)
* Race+ -> ideal for hard races

Train gels= Berry flavour
Race/ Race+ = Lemon flavour

I tested all of them.
I did not have any bad reactions in my stomach due to these gels and that is why I like them.
My favorite flavour is Berry and can't wait for maybe some other flavours maybe in the future.
