“Polar Opposites” is here. I’d like to take a moment to process and say it one more time: “Polar Opposites” is here!!! I once dreamed about writing the story of a penguin that moved from Antarctica to New York, and now here I am writing about the first full length album. This project means so much on so many levels: every song is a chapter of an adventure filled with celebrations, fuck yous, quiet moments of introspection, and anthems to scream from the top of your lungs even when the weight of the world is holding you down. Life is a journey, and the feelings throughout the journey can be as contrasting as one can imagine: some would call them “Polar Opposites”. Antarctica and New York. Man and Nature. Imagination and Reality. From material to existential, “Polar Opposites” is 11 original songs + 2 bonus covers that perfectly embody the contrasting emotions of the last couple of years. Life also comes with its challenges. There’s nothing better than confronting said challenges with the people you care about, the people around you and the people you admire the most. This album is the result of a *ahem* Cwolony of amazing humans that worked together with this crazy penguin to perfectly shape every lyric, every phrase, every frame and and every pixel of the journey. Thanks to @brianino - the real rocket fuel. Thanks to @jacopovolpedrums - the true backbone of every song you hear on this album.
