A huge thank you to everyone who made it what it became: every performer, our creative and production teams, everyone behind the scenes, and everyone who trusted the ideas, challenged them, solved problems, got covered in charcoal, moved an enormous amount of fabric, and somehow made all of this real.

Especially Alex and Tom. So much of Chronicle grew out of the endless conversations, questions, decisions, disagreements, problem-solving and trust between the three of us. We kept challenging each other and pushing the work further right until the end. Very lucky to have made this together.

And thank you to everyone who came and shared it with us.

Part 1,

Still somewhere in Chronicle, a few days later. Something we imagined together, built together, lived inside for a while, and then suddenly it was over.

I feel so lucky to have met many women in the past who have become role models to me in different ways: women with their own voices and opinions, and a quiet strength in how they express them. And, most importantly, to have spent so much time with the voices of the women at the heart of this work, their stories that have so often gone untold, and how vividly alive they still feel centuries later.

Perhaps spending so much time with their words has left more with me than I realised.

We’re back in rehearsals for Chronicle with @sansarachoir at @weareplatoon.

This concert at @lsostlukes will be amazing we can’t wait to show you what we have in store!

Just over a week until we give the full production premiere of Chronicle • 时•录 at @lsostlukes !!!

We can’t wait to kick off our renewed tenure as Associate Artists with @londonsymphonyorchestra at LSO St Luke’s with this choral theatre work that combines contemporary music with storytelling and design co-created by @alexhocomposer and @rockeysunketing 🤗🥰

Ahead of next weekend, we are delighted to share some wonderful reviews of our concert version premiere at Aldeburgh Festival @brittenpearsarts in June 🙏☺️
