You have continued to inspire and support me from day one of joining Alchemy. But what I didn’t expect when I joined the clinic was to also find a very good friend and I am so incredibly grateful to have you in my life. Lumecca Peak IPL laser has been bringing us some outstanding results since we brought it into clinic.

This patient has tried to reduce her pigmentation spot with a number of treatments over the years with other practitioners, so we decided to try the Lumecca on her.

A quick visit for a patch test, followed by a quick appointment to treat the area fully. Some darkening of pigment for a few days, and then the results shine through. It is still slightly visible, but this is after only one session and we are planning another shortly to see if we can reduce it even further.

Lumecca Peak is 3x stronger than any other IPL laser currently on the market and this means we get greater results per session. And this is the perfect time of year for lasers, less hot holidays, less UV exposure here means we are well placed to protect the skin after treatment.

We can spot treat like we have done here or there are options for a full face treatment for pigmentation, redness reduction, collagen stimulating and that radiant, glowing skin that follows ✨

This month’s Clinic Collective, we’re delighted to showcase @rocks_aesthetics

Lynsey Rocks is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and founder of Rocks Aesthetics, with a background in Emergency Department nursing and four years of experience in aesthetics. She now runs her full-time clinic from within Alchemy.

While Lynsey loves creating natural lip filler results, she’s equally passionate about skin health. Her clinic now offers a range of energy-based treatments, including hair removal, skin tightening, pigmentation and vascular treatments, and collagen remodelling for the face and body.

Her approach is centred around safe, natural and personalised results. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, with the aim of enhancing rather than changing your natural features.

Some things my patients said to me this week… and honestly, all of these are compliments 😂🙌🏻

“Someone said I looked like I had jam all over my face, so I went straight home” (the glow-up will be worth it, I promise)

“Thank you for bringing me calm” (this means everything)

“I told them, you need to see Lynsey” (so does this)

“My skin is absolutely glowing, someone thought I was 25” (she is indeed not 25… she’s my friend, so I’m allowed to say that with love 🤭)

“I’ve got you saved in my phone as my beauty bitch” (honestly a title I’d be happy with 💁🏻‍♀️)

“That skin booster is amazing, my skin looked unbelievable on holiday” (hearing this after recommending a treatment is the best feedback)

Honestly, this is one of the best parts of clinic life. I love that you all feel comfortable enough to say anything to me, whether it’s the silly, the honest or the straight-up hilarious. Behind every treatment is a relationship built on trust, and I never take that for granted. You let me into your lives, you laugh with me, sometimes you cry with me, and you trust me with your faces. That means more than you know 🤍

✨ OCT-DEC DIARY NOW OPEN! ✨

This is all of my availability from now until the end of the year, I’ve added extra dates every week throughout November and December. Once these dates are gone there will be no more appointments until 2027.

These months are, without fail, the busiest of the year. With festive prep and everyone wanting to feel their best before the parties start, these appointments move fast, October and November are often even busier than December.

So please, if you’re looking for an appointment anytime from now until the end of the year, book as soon as possible or risk missing out.

When booking appointments, remember to allow enough time for treatment results to progress in time for festive events (e.g. two weeks for anti-wrinkle results, downtime for bruising/swelling if necessary), and to book your anti-wrinkle review appointments too!
