Sunshine ☀️ Good Times 🌴Good Vibes ⚾️ Arizona Senior Spring Break is in the books. The weather was hot, the pool was cool and everything in between was so fun. The boys went 3-1, we saw a spring training game at Chase Field 💥, indulged in a ton of delicious food and drinks.. had so many laughs ❤️ it was a much needed break for all of us ! #seniorspringbreak #thisiseighteen #baseballislife #arizonaspringtraining2026 #illsaveyou by @rocksandsalt

And finally the big Galentine reveal 🖤🩷🤍. I accidentally went down a 1985 Lisa Frank rabbit hole on this little mugrug. My partner said she liked pink black and white solids paired with stars and/or traditional blocks. This was very much an improv project where I just added on different blocks and designs as I went. It was fun, I learned a few things and hopefully @lemonyquilts didnt hate it 😂. The block measures about 9x9 inches made with mostly RubyStar fabrics and some super neat newspaper fabric I found in my scrap bin. Until next year 🥰 Thanks for following along on this little February quilt journey #sewtopiaswap #galentinesmugrugswap #lisafrank by @rocksandsalt
Valentine’s Day came early 💗 My Galentine MugRug Swap box came today from a local gal in Colorado! How fun 🏔️☀️. Thank you so much @karlakwilts for the TWO MugRugs and an abundance of fun treats, stickers and goodies galore. I love everything and the quilts especially … such great fabric and talented stitching 🥹 I really appreciate it Karla 💚 Thanks also to @sewtopia and all their helpers @goodmorningbigfluffy @raebirdrhi for organizing such a wonderful and happy lil swap for our large community of crafters #sewtopiaswap #galentinesmugrugswap #miniquilt #quiltersofinstagram by @rocksandsalt
Pretty sure I will need to carry Kleenex for the remainder of the school year 🥹🥲 It takes a village to raise a young man - a successful kind hard working young man- but this kid deserves all the credit. All the late nights, long practices, coaching, learning and playing in addition to studying, homework, making the honor roll and working!! - This kid put in the time and effort and I am confident his future academic and athletic accomplishments will be overflowing 💫⭐️ I’m so excited for you Max and my gosh so proud of you ❤️💛⚾️🎓 #collegesigningday #coecollege #senioryear #thisiseighteen #dontblink by @rocksandsalt
✨Galentine Teaser 💗✨💗 Swapping Soon✨ #galentinesmugrugswap2026 #sewtopiaswap by @rocksandsalt
It’s that time of year again for the Sewtopia Galentine Mug Rug Swap. Here is a collage of things I’m enjoying lately to help my partner get a feel for my vibe of the 2026 swapping era✨💕 I’m always loving all the varieties of star blocks… Rashida’s new pink and yellow linen collection can’t come soon enough and I’m always drawn towards the happy bright modern colors 🌈 especially scrappy style with critters on them 🐾🐸🐰🦋. Unfortunately I feel that my most favorite color green is always under represented in fabric and quilts alike … but I love green 💚 I will also love anything you make, I promise. So excited to see what everyone creates. Makers are all tagged. #sewtopiaswap #galentinesmugrugswap2026 @sewtopia by @rocksandsalt
She’s a Beaut Clark ✨🎄…. This was quite the accomplishment ✨💕 A finished big beautiful vintage pink Christmas quilt. Full of slug bugs 🚗 reindeer 🦌 and Santa’s 🤶🏼 and almost 500 miniature star points🌟🫠 Pattern is from @thimbleblossoms called Rain or Shine and measures in at 66X74. Background is Kona Pink and backing a perfect pink red and green flannel plaid from R.I.P. Joanne’s closing sale. I did my own 2inch diagonal straight line quilting and finished with a scrappy jelly roll binding. I couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. It really is amazing. Merry Christmas - I hope everyone is snuggled in with your best people by your side waiting for the Magic Morning ✨🎄💕 #rainorshinequilt #christmasquilt #jukisewingmachine #quiltsofinstagram by @rocksandsalt
