Grateful to be pumping iron again! by @rocksolidross

Mass Media manipulation monsters . Love, my neighbor. Lend a helping hand. If you’re doing well, ask around chances are there someone who isn’t. With the advent of AI, now more than ever we need to put unity in community. Fergus Falls is not 90s downtown LA. I shouldn’t have to worry about if I’m wearing red or blue….. as self gratifying as it is to hold something and yell I’m right, there are so many other ways to volunteer and do something productive with your time. For we are not Sneetches on the beaches. by @rocksolidross

Three years of not lifting. Only Wrestling and hot yoga . How it feels walking back into the gym. “ it’s all coming back to me?” No. Fitness is and should be a life long endeavor. Starting with the youth. Kinesiology dictate put your children in as many sports as possible! Parents there is no such thing as one sport athlete. Theres reason a 275 pound meathead can hit wing pose at any point. My parents put me in gymnastics at age 5, they thought it would be great cross training for Wrestling. by @rocksolidross

Come join Jace and I perform in Broadway Junior revue ! What’s the difference between a musical and a revue? A revue is a collection of musical songs. What makes revue beautiful for children’s theater? It allows more opportunities/roles/parts/ solos to children who may have been over looked for lead roles. @michaelburgraff asked if I’d assistant direct. I said sure! He asked me I would work with Jace on stage, I’d laughed and said of course! In my career I have worked with people support for over a decade.
It really has come full circle. There was a time a 22 year old lost meathead walked into a musical addition without sheet music. I had talent and no skill. I had no right to land the role. Micheal took a chance on me. It paid off and made a lasting impact. Thankfully, I have the opportunity to give back!. Watch Jace and many others “Raise your Voice.” @acenterforthearts by @rocksolidross

I miss the gym. It’s been two years. It is not what I need. I need to “complete” my physical therapy. The pump is too addicting to go lite. I have high degree of kinesthetic knowledge and an abundant amount of creativity. Finding new ways to train the body. (Even with high endurance you can find da pump.) reps 20 sets 6 each exercise. 16 exercises. 8 super sets. 20 seconds rest each set. 1 minute rest after superset. Forearm and chest day. by @rocksolidross

RockSolid Retirement continued content . Who needs pesky gyms; with there rules, noise policy, costly rates, and horrible hours? Introducing Rocksolid’s Big Deck Gym. Come get a tan, sweat, and big pump on my deck! (Real talk 3 bulged disk have made it hard to push the plate. I really had to focus on physical therapy. But I’m finally able to lift weights and ride bike. I’ll be about 15 pounds Leaner August. You can believe that or get ROCK’D. If anyone is interested on long distance, bike riding hit me up.) by @rocksolidross
