POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some weekends remind you that purpose wears many hats.

This past weekend, I had the honor of serving behind the scenes as my brother Moses Akoh ministered at The Evangelical Ark Mission's Prophetic & Apostolic Conference here in the Philippines.

Personal assistant. Creative team lead. Drummer. Whatever it took.

But somewhere in the middle of the planning, coordination, rehearsals, and ministration, I was reminded again that - "Great moments are rarely the work of one person."

So, I'm grateful for this incredible team that came together to make this moment possible.

Some moments are evidence that what God writes in the quiet seasons will become visible in the most beautiful ways.

Nine days ago, we stood before God, family, friends, and witnesses to enter a covenant we had spent years unknowingly preparing for.

Now, looking back at these visuals, it's even harder to fully grasp the strange mathematics of life.

From an accidental meeting in Abuja in 2019, to 6 years of distant friendship with our lives unfolding in different directions and now to a country that has become home in so many ways.

The Bible says, “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.”

Now, that’s one of the mysteries of God because what we find difficult to understand is something already mapped out from the end to our beginning.

So, on September 12, 2026, we celebrated more than a wedding.

We celebrated God’s grace, friendship, two journeys becoming one, the nations of Nigeria and the Philippines and the next chapter of our lives.

To everyone who stood with us, prayed for us, celebrated with us, travelled for us, served us, loved us, and witnessed our beginning, we say THANK YOU.

"Write the vision and make it plain."

I've been thinking about these words since attending the Musik Manila Expo at the World Trade Center this past weekend.

Walking through the exhibition and seeing the technologies powering today's live entertainment industry was more than an exciting enthusiastic experience for me.

Another prompt reminder that the future I've always envisioned for my work requires me to understand beyond the music but the systems, tools, people and technologies that bring experiences to life.

She came to the Philippines to study medicine.

But somewhere between the classrooms, friendships, experiences and unexpected chapters, she found something she wasn't necessarily looking for - HERSELF

Ayo better known online as @unapologetic_ayo arrived from Nigeria as a medical student.

Years later, she leaves with a degree, a community of over 10,000 people, beautiful relationships, countless memories and a deep love for a country that became a part of her story.

Before she begins the next chapter in Nigeria, we sat down for one honest conversation about
identity, transformation, love, home and what it means to leave a place that has become part of you.

This is Ayo’s story.

🎥 The full conversation now live on YouTube.

Finally holding in my hands a vision and tangible proof of dedication to an industry that continues to elevate the human experience.

First, it started as a question I couldn’t stop asking myself:
Why do so many gifted creatives struggle to build something intentional with what they carry?

And over the last 4 months, the above question grew into research, reflection, writing, designing and countless revisions.

Now, it’s become something I can finally hold and also proud to say - It’s ready.

The S.O.U.N.D. Framework Workbook is a complete creative identity system for independent and emerging music artists.

It was built for creatives to move them beyond simply having a gift to understanding how to develop, position it, and use it to create meaningful impact.

Identity. Clarity. Direction

Finally, as always, I’m grateful to God for the conviction to build this, to my wife for being interested in expounding every idea I have and even more grateful for the opportunity to put it in your hands.

More info coming soon. taken in Manila, Philippines by @rockymicentertainment
