Our wedding gift from @thaikim. I cried as soon as @dontlaughiloveyou unwrapped it: a Naoko Takeuchi Sailor Moon redraw that incorporates our theme of ginkgo leaves as symbols of harmony, longevity, and eternal love. One of our reception rules was we would only kiss if people sang to us and one table of our loved ones sang the Sailor Moon theme song. Another one of our gifts from sweet @cosmos.bebe was the Sailor Moon comic book collection. I am going to go Usagi cry again about how magical it feels to be associated with the Pretty Guardians of love and justice. We feel so seen and loved. taken in Silver Millennium Moon Kingdom by @rococoxo

It’s our ninth year anniversary today and I am thinking about how I still get butterflies when I look at you. And how I felt butterflies kneeling in the snow with you on this day and on the day of our first date. I am thinking about how tender and emotional I always felt when I would look at The Kiss, and how tender and emotional I feel now when I look at Our Kiss. I can’t wait to come home to you tonight and every night. I love you my darling.

We are wrapped in Faith by Bethany Yellowtail. Her blanket design is an acknowledgment to her Apsáalooke (Crow) name, her family, the people and prayers that have guided her. “It is her wish that the blanket and its design wrap you in love, protection, and be a reminder of the good things in this life and to always have faith when you are feeling challenged.”

The best birthday present and forevermore one of my most prized possessions gifted by @thaikim of my little angel in her @pawtelier.de.melon Lirika Matoshi strawberry dresses. Her favorite snack, wheatgrass, her markings captured perfectly. The sweetest tribute and reminder of how lucky and loved I am. I love you Kim, thank for your beautiful art! thank you Nika for your beautiful tailoring, and thank you to all my loved ones reading this for all your birthday blessings and sweet wishes. by @rococoxo

So you were born, and that was a good day. As the world we know righteously burns down, making way for a future where collective care blooms and grows, I am glad to be one of millions holding onto the flames with you. I love you Jer. Many happy returns. taken in Lake Michigan by @rococoxo
