3 years! Such a beautiful thing, Thank God ✝️. I was introduced to sex at a young age (13), Alcohol at 13, and smoking. I’ll never forget the first time, I didn’t know what door I was opening. You go from sex, to watching porn and then masturbating. It’s almost like you have that sexual spiritual tie on your spirit. Being an athlete it was easy to come by and easy to obtain. I learned that all it was doing was distancing myself from God and my partner. Once I realized the more I indulged in it, I didn’t really see myself with that person any more. I could never figure out why, even if I had a significant other. I then realized it wasn’t meant for me to.. I get the question all the time, what about when you get married?

I’ll be happy because that fornication I once committed won’t be considered that. I’ll be exchanging with another soul that’ll be my forever partner ✍️

6 years no pornography or masturbation 🙏🏿

Waiting for marriage will be an amazing thing, decided to abstain until then. May God continue to guide my journey and direct my steps. It’s not easy but it’s worth it.

If I had 90 days to change my body, I wouldn’t waste time looking for shortcuts.

Most people already know what to do.

Train consistently.

Prioritize sleep.
Move every day.

Training.
Nutrition.
Recovery.
Tracking.
Accountability.

Those small actions, repeated every day, are what create real transformation.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been building a routine. Not just another workout or meal plan, but a complete system designed to help people stop guessing, stay consistent, and build momentum through discipline.

I’ve been on this journey for the last three years. The last seven months have challenged me more than ever, but they’ve also taught me the most.

Day by day, I’m putting the pieces together.
