This Thursday I’ll be helping out at the @qathetcyclingassociation Beginner Ride as a PMBIA Level 1 coach. If you’ve been wanting to check out Mahony but aren’t sure where to begin, this is a great opportunity to learn the trails, build confidence, and ride with a supportive group.

A lot of people see videos from Mahony and assume it’s only for advanced riders, but there are plenty of fun green and blue trails for newer riders too. We’ll keep things relaxed, answer questions, share some tips, and most importantly, have fun! 🤘
