This Christmas was intentional. I made it a goal to redefine what the holiday represents in my household, and adopting a family was the first step.

Thank you @the.realistttttttt for allowing us to pour love into you and your family. We truly enjoyed you, and now you’re family 🤎

Much love to @themuseumdc, @moe_schino, @thefuturemogul, and @monicaray9300 for collaborating with us on the Christmas shirts. When community comes together, real impact happens...

This is a form deescalation that we didn’t receive from law enforcement today until I was able to have a conversation to bring the tone down. Today’s officers came in hot and ready to enrage the community. That’s not policing, thats inciting a riot. There’s no investigation or suspect in question, just officers with the green light to engage our community with aggressive force. Don’t tell me that they deserve it cause you don’t know what’s what until it happens to your father, brother, cousin, or son. Needless to say; we will be on the frontline all month making sure that our young people aren’t shot, beaten or jail for being born and raised in neighborhoods in ward 8.. “NO ONES COMING TO SAVE US BUT US” by @roddoe007
