Getting down the alley isn’t always as simple as run and shoot. Sometimes we have to make a couple moves to free ourselves up. Receivers in football do the same thing so why should we limit ourselves?

Year 1 in the books! River Rats inaugural season was a blast. 0-4 record but adversity builds character and skill, and nothing great in this life comes easy.

To all the guys who stuck through it despite low numbers we made history by bringing Semi Pro lacrosse to Chattanooga!

Up the alley as an attackmen is Crucial to expanding your game. Here we put another goal at a 45° angle to help not cheat ourselves short on range shooting. Especially working with our off hand we like to make things easier for ourselves naturally so this puts us out our comfort zone!

The Rollback is important for ANY ATTACKMEN to add to their bag. It allows for great separation coming out of all split or change of direction. Leaving our defenders in the dirt if they overplay it.
