The enemy can't steal your purpose — so he steals your attention. 🙏

Your purpose is sealed in God. He can't take it, cancel it, or talk you out of it. That war is already lost for him.

So he attacks the battlefield he can reach: your attention. A distracted man can't build what God called him to build.

Name the thieves: the phone that never sleeps. Notifications that own your hours. Noise that fills every quiet minute. They don't ask for your attention — they take it.

Rod's Rule: he can't take your calling, but he'll take your hours — one scroll at a time. Nobody drifts into distraction. It's stolen, a minute at a time, until the day is gone and the calling never started.

"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy" — John 10:10. The thief can't steal your purpose, so he steals your attention instead. But Jesus came to give life, and life to the full. Guard the gate.

Guard your attention. Your purpose is safe.

Say no to protect your purpose. 🙏

Your yes is expensive. Stop spending it cheap.

Every yes you hand to the wrong thing is a no stolen from your purpose. We commit to so many things that really don't matter. We say yes to so many things we should be saying no to.

4 steps:

Step 1 — Name your purpose. Your purpose is the filter. You can't protect what you can't name. Write it down where you see it daily.

Step 2 — Run every request through it. If it doesn't serve the purpose, it's a no wearing a yes. Stop deciding in the moment — decide by the filter.

Step 3 — Say no without the essay. No is a complete sentence. No explanation, no guilt, no 10-minute apology. A clean no protects a clean yes.

Step 4 — Guard the yes for what matters. "Martha, Martha... only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better." — Luke 10:41–42. Mary chose the one necessary thing. So can you.

Say no. Protect the purpose.

Stop performing for applause. 🙏

You're exhausted from performing for an audience that was never meant to approve you.

Two audiences. The crowd's: moving target — approval shifts with every opinion, runs out fast. The Lord's: settled — already approved, never wavers, never runs out.

"If we put our trust in receiving the rewards of our actions solely on people, we will be disappointed." People clap for a moment, then forget.

Here's the truth: the approval was already settled. He already approved you — and proved it by sacrificing His one and only Son. The cross is the standing ovation. There is nothing left to earn.

Make God your audience of one. One Judge. One audience. One approval that counts.

"Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God?" — Galatians 1:10

Let people become witnesses, not judges. They watch your race. He scores it.

Admit you're bad at this. 🙏

You're bad at time management. Good — admitting it is the first skill.

Sound familiar? Overwhelmed every single day. Lists that never get finished. Guilt every time you rest. Started, never finished. Again.

Here's the very first and most honest answer: because we are naturally bad at it. Let's face it. The sooner you admit it, the sooner you will seek a solution.

Every master was a beginner who stopped pretending. The problem was never your schedule. It was the story that you were fine.

"Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." — Psalm 90:12

Admit it — then ask God to teach you.

The checklist lie. ✅

You finished 12 tasks today. None of them mattered.

Checked boxes feel like progress — but a checked box is not a result. It's a sensation. Small tasks are like tiny pebbles: easy to tackle, and each one gives you a dopamine hit without the results you actually expect. That's exactly where we usually stumble.

One counted task beats twelve checked boxes. The list is a tool, not the goal. Ask one question before you tick anything: does this move the needle?

Stop collecting dopamine. Start collecting results.

Not yesterday — that's gone.
Not tomorrow — that's not promised.
Right now.

Someday is not a day of the week. And "now" doesn't mean the whole plan — it means one action, today, before the day closes.

Delegation isn't losing control. It's buying it back. 💪

Every task you hoard is a task only you can do — forever. And the bill comes due in dreams you never start.

Jethro looked at Moses drowning and said: "What you are doing is not good." (Exodus 18:17)

Then he gave him the system: teach them the work, share the load, keep only the calls that truly need you.

Teach it once. Trust it forever.

Moses didn't do it all. Neither should you.

INVEST IT OR SPEND IT.

You get 1,440 minutes today. So does everyone else. The difference was never the amount — it's what you do with it.

From Master of Time: either you control your time, or it controls you. Every minute is either an investment that pays your future, or a bill your future has to pay.

The framework: the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14–30). The servants who invested were rewarded. The one who buried his talent lost everything — not by gambling it away, but by doing nothing with it. Buried time earns nothing.

Stop spending the minutes that were meant to be invested. Pick one hour today and invest it — read, build, train. Your future is the return.
