Bass Fishing And Sleeping On A Jon Boat In 35 Degrees Was A Success🕺🏻wasn’t planning on building a structure but using some live branches was able to create a really solid frame to put on the boat and put the canvas on, fishing was great for late October easily 25 bass typa trip all caught on

@uglystik lite 8 pound test swimbait from @storm.fishing and ofc @yakimabaitco the good old spinner

Favorite fish of fall by far, spent a hour in a rainstorm getting dumped on but we all know that big boys come out in to feed🦾 she came off a undercut, as I was working the bait I see this big ahh ripple coming towards and crushed it 5 feet from me, blessed to be able to stay safe in a straight lightning but moments like this drive questionable decisions all caught on the @uglystik 🤛🏻#trout #truta #troutfishing #fishinglife #riverfishing by @rodfatherderek

Fall trout solo missions heal the soul everytime🦾throwing dark profiles into tailends and riffels for hours straight in the rain produced an awesome time on the river🐟🐟#fishinglife #troutfishing #creekfishing #browntrout #lunkers by @rodfatherderek

Spent 24 hours solo, camping and fishing early morning for wild brookies, then moving through multiple rivers covered in falls awesome colors chasing brown trout hiding under waterfalls and logjams, all caught on the @uglystik lite and a hair jig and a roostertail #trout #brooktrout #browntrout #catchandrelease #fishinglife by @rodfatherderek

Focused on that shmoney and fall trout, just heating up, missed a 23 in the same sesh but we’ll lock one in before the bite shuts down 🐄🦾#fishinglife #troutfishing #creekfishing #browntrout #rainbowtroutfishing by @rodfatherderek

Solo Trip On The Jon🦾secured a 30 piece of 1-2 pound bass a bunch a pickerel and some torta perch all inhaling the @storm.fishing sunfish on the ugly stik-mother of all rods, great time all in all missed one chunk but we’ll be back, figuring out this lake without a fish finder is a lot more technical and based off each fishing trip creating more success then the last, with water temps flipping and bass coming shallow should be able to get out there again and go to work🙏🏻#bassfishing #largemouth #perchfishing #catchandrealease #fishinglife by @rodfatherderek

Got to fish one of my favorite pike fishing spots in a recent roadtrip, nailed 2 solid lil pike as well as a nice lil bass as well, heavy rain the entire time but a nice heavy rooster did the trick solid 2 hour sesh 🐄#pikefishing #bassfishing #fishinglife #pondfishing #lakefishing by @rodfatherderek

Lil bass fishing on the lake I learned to fish on as a 16 year old degenerate, not much has changed just being a older degenerate🦾#bassfishing #fishinglife #catchandrelease #lakefishing #fishinglife by @rodfatherderek

My heart will always be in the ADK🌲dope time in such a beautiful area w the boys solid bite even with the rivers getting blown out 🦾🦾#smallmouth #adirondacks #pikefishing #kayakfishing #freshwaterfishing by @rodfatherderek
