POSTS STORIES REELS

4th time working as a doctor at the Monaco Grand Prix, and somehow it still feels unreal.

Life keeps proving to me that there are no impossibles. Never give up on yourself, your potential and your dreams. Things happen in their own time, and the satisfaction at the end makes every sacrifice worth it.
It is a privilege to be part of the team behind what I truly believe is the most special race on the F1 calendar. I don’t know what the future will bring, but Monaco will always stay in my memory as the first race, the place where this journey started 🏎️.
But what truly remains after all of this are the friendships, the people I’ve met over these four years, and all the moments we’ve shared together. There’s also something really special about hearing and speaking Portuguese in the middle of the Formula 1 Paddock. I’m really proud to see Portuguese people there 🇵🇹. To everyone who has helped me, supported me, and believed in me throughout these years, thank you. Dreams are never achieved alone.
Even on 3 hours of sleep and after endless days that felt non-stop, walking what felt like 19,000 steps a day, what remains in the end is the gratitude and the feeling that every second was worth it.

Obrigado, @portugal .
O meu país. A minha bandeira. 🇵🇹

Still hard to believe these photos happened.
Monaco. Experienced from the other side of the barriers.
Some moments in motorsport medicine stay with you forever…
Unforgettable.
Always proud to be there for what matters most: the drivers’ safety. 🏎️ @fia_medical @f1 by @rodrigocorreiag

I’m really proud to have my first scientific article published in The Knee, one of the leading journals in orthopedics.
This achievement reflects a year of dedicated work during my medical degree at the @med_uminho as part of my final Master’s thesis in Orthopedics. It was a challenging journey, but incredibly rewarding, and one that I am deeply proud of.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Renato Andrade and Professor Espregueira Mendes @clinica_espregueira @academiaclinicaespregueira for their invaluable support, guidance, and collaboration throughout this process. This accomplishment would not have been possible without you.
Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way.
