POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🇺🇸 About 25 years ago, I decided that endurance sports would be an important part of my lifestyle 🏊🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

Many years of experience as a coach and athlete, with around 250 races under my belt, including many Ironman and 70.3 Ironman, and my passion still burns to always improve, learn, and help others to achieve their dreams of crossing finish lines and start new journeys 📊📈🏁

I’m grateful for having an amazing and supportive wife and blessed with two best daughters a father can ask for. Moving from our home country Brazil, to the United States brought many challenges, but only helped us grow and continue pursuing our goals 💪🏻

Being part of @mna_coaching and @maunaapparel fulfills my dreams of working as part of a company that is reference in the industry, and make me feel being part of a family that is a huge community of like minded people 🙌🏻

The life story continues to be written…

KONA 🌺

Kona is not just a race. It’s THE race.

It’s a dream that becomes a project, a project that becomes a commitment, and a commitment that changes your life in so many ways that it’s hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t lived it. A journey shared with your close ones and your supporters.

Then, one day, you find yourself here. On this island. Standing on that start line, knowing every single sacrifice was leading you to this moment.

There’s something about Kona that words will never fully explain. You have to live it, feel it, and earn it.

This is Kona. This is Ironman. This is what we dream about. And a finish line we don’t cross alone.

See you next time, Kona 🤙🏻

This one was hard to get, and it deserves a post 🌺

Every sacrifice, every early morning, every tough training session, and every moment of doubt led to this finish line.

KONA hits different. There’s no place like this, and no feeling like earning your spot here.

Grateful for the journey. Proud of the fight. And honored to be part of this incredible race for the second time.

IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 🌺🔥

So much hard work, sacrifice, and dedication went into this preparation to earn the chance to cross this magical finish line once again. There is simply no other Ironman race in the world that compares to Kona. This place is special. This race is different.

To my family, thank you for being here with me and for supporting me through every single month of training, every sacrifice, and every difficult day. To my friends, thank you for all the messages and positive energy. To my teammates, supporters, and everyone who has been part of this journey, I couldn’t do this without you.
