Wow… my heart is full. ❤️🥹

What makes this anniversary even more special is realizing that we were thinking and feeling so much of the same thing. After 28 years, we’re still on the same page, still choosing each other, and still thanking God for the beautiful journey He has allowed us to share.

Rod, I thank God for you. You have been my husband, my covering, my protector and my heart beat. Rod, all the seasons that we have walked through reminds me that God is truly faithful.

I am also grateful for every laugh, every tear, every prayer, every lesson, every victory, and every memory. I’m grateful that through it all, God has continued to knit our hearts together and give us grace to keep growing, loving, forgiving, and choosing one another.

Thank you for doing life with me. Thank you for loving me through every version of me and the versions keep changing ☺️ and you here for them. Thank you for being my husband and my forever.

And yes… after 28 years, I still love how you make me laugh, your heart, and the way you love me. ❤️

28 years down… and by God’s grace, a lifetime to go. ❤️ Let’Do It!

@thereal.ziii Twenty-five years ago God smiled on us and blessed us with you. From the beginning you showed determination 😌 and it’s hasn’t stopped. You continue to amaze and make me proud. This pic is one of my favorite, it appears that you are looking towards heaven. There are no limits to what God will do in your life. I am so proud of the independent Woman you are. Yesterday was @rodswfee Birthday and while this year we are not at @essencefest to celebrate, cut up, dance in the streets, and lick charbroiled oysters shells I’m grateful for the memories we made over the years!

It’s a reminder that we have to be intentional to celebrate and live life to the fullest with the people we love!
