Some pics from my last time seeing the Born Free bike back in June, right before I had to pull it down and box it up to ship it back. It is due to land back Aus this month. @b.i.t.z.e.r

It was during the covid lockdowns 5 years ago, so it was rare opportunity to get the old underground carpark where the original Mad Max was shot to ourselves. by @rodzum

DEATH ROW
A few pics before it’s pulled down put back in a box to shipped to Australia. Thank you so much to @mikedavis70 & @large_hands_grant for the opportunity to build a bike for @bornfreeshow .
It really was an experience I won’t forgot. Thank you to everyone that came by the booth and said hi, and for all the kind words. To all the builders that were so welcoming and supportive, it was an honour to be on the grass with you all. I have to thank @djp210 for opening up his workshop to me, there is no way I could have got the bike back together in couple of days anywhere else, you’re a legend Dave. Thanks to @mattsouth for picking me up (fashionable late) and running me around LA this week and pulling some late nights to help get me to the show in time. To everyone that contributed or helped along the way, whether it was helping with something on the bike directly, or just dropping by to help hold something, I appreciate you all, especially @masonhensgen @the_reliable_shovelhead and @yuinakama @henryshoning @mitch_bailey . Also @vintiquemoto for opening up his space to me numerous times throughout the build. @prvtparts for the bends, @links_lines_pinstriping for coming out and striping the bike at 2am the night before the bike flew. @beware_choppers for always putting me up and sending me parts I needed that I couldn’t get back in Aus. @harleyaustralia for there support and help with logistics getting the bike to the US for the show in time. Thank you for supporting a small business when you didn’t have to. Most importantly I have to thank my family & amazing fiance @pashrash for all her on going support and sacrifice. This bike nearly killed me before I even had a chance to ride it and she was there to lean on every step of the way. Finally everyone back home for there kinds words and messages, hopefully I didn’t pull a Raygun. See you when I’m back in Aus 🇦🇺🙏🏻 by @rodzum
