Every athlete on this podium knows what it took to get there.
The training days, the tough sessions, the sacrifices, and the work that happened long before competition day. Then came the journey to Eldoret, the workouts, and the moment it all came together.

For some, it was the result they had trained for. For others, it was proof that the work was worth it.

Different journeys. Different victories. One podium moment to remember.

To everyone who competed at the CF254 Altitude Games, you earned this. Take it all in. 🏆

Getting back to the sport that I love, witnessing the remarkable growth of some athletes, taking key observations on my strengths and weaknesses in perfomance has not only fueled my spirit to want to partake more of the challenges but also unlocked the enthusiasm and drive I had when starting out.

Go out to the world and do well, but above all do GOOD!

To bear and not to own; to act and not to lay claim; to do the work and let it go: for just letting it go is what makes it stay!
