2025. What a year. 📦🐛

In 2024 I premiered my solo show, The Manny Rodriguez Show. In 2025, I took a leap of faith and brought it around the world: Minnesota, Rhode Island, Germany, New York, Norway. I’m so grateful for all the communities who welcomed me. Including, but not limited to @thehivecollaborativemn, @oceanstateimprovfestival, @dasimprovfest, @utcany, @oslo.impro.festival.

I also have had the distinct honor and pleasure co-producing with the super talented and creative @hellodollywho. THANK YOU. And, thanks to The Hive for working with us - tech/FOH staff, @laru_morris, and @dialmformorris. We started producing our solo shows together in 2024 at The Hive and then started @thehoneyjarcomedy in January of 2025. Such a joy. (also, much thanks to the great @ej_vocu for the lovely photos)

@gorgasaur and I started a business a little while back and in 2025 we saw a lot of growth. It’s been an incredible journey and so happy I can share it with her. @cornchipdogcollective

Shoutout to @livaugusta. We created the most lovely duo that will hopefully continue to hit the stage for years to come. We had the pleasure of performing at @theresidencyatblb at @bryantlakebowl (thanks!), The Honey Jar, and at OSIF!

Also shoutout to @mr.mikerogers. We created a fun duo together and chuckled quite a bit while performing. IT WAS MOSTLY IN THE DARK!

Last but not least: I finished another great season of Family Dinner at Brave New Workshop with some sold out shows. Was accepted to a @strike_theater house team. Did a reading with @fearlesstheatrical at @openbookmn (thanks @ericbjacobson). Performed twice at @jungletheater (thanks @seandactor / @isabellafunsieth and @vortex_improv). And got to do audio work with @juliecensullo for Out Cold and @hellodollywho for @tchorrorfest.

Thanks to everyone else who I may have not included here. You all rock. 2025 has also been a year of tragic stuff for the world and I hope 2026 improves.

I’m grateful to have all of you in my life. ✨

🔥august🔥

so thankful to @moralofthestoryproductions and @hellodollywho for having me in their Fringe shows. Pretty cool to get to work with such talented people, getting a thoughtful review from @thestagesofmn, and winning two awards with A Real Piece of Work. And thanks to @mnfringe for a wonderful season. Congrats to everyone involved - so much creativity and energy.

(the person in the bottom left of photo 4 is an actor in the show 😆)

Of course, also had some great adventures with the fam 🤘😊

Next up: show tonight (9/4) with @thatfeltgoodmpls. Also rehearsing (last pic of a rehearsal at @cowles_mpls) for a show that's in the @tchorrorfest! And, you'll catch me twice a month at @strike_theater starting in October.

Thanks to everybody who’s come out to see DOOZY at @mnfringe. I owe another really big thanks to my pal @rofloflo for his star turn as “Fake/Other Doozy” these last 2 shows! Don’t miss Ross in @moralofthestoryproductions’s A Real Piece of Work at @theatre_in_the_round through the weekend.

Throwing in another thanks to my darling and my sister @_alexandriavalentine__ for Doozying it up spectacularly for our opening night.

I may or may not possess knowledge that my other super talented and cool pal @jillybee72 will be sighted at tonight’s 10pm show…

Anyway, you can find @adventure_queer, @riddle_enough, @erikostrom, @madison_cody, DOOZY, and me at the lovely @openeyetheatre, playing our game.
