Find a place that works for you, and when you leave for the day, rest well and enjoy the hours you have.

But, don't forget to enjoy your time with friends and family. Don't forget to say hi when others see you. Don't forget to make time for yourself when it seems that the world needs your input. Don't forget to breathe. Don't forget to ask for help. Don't forget to say I love you if someone else says it to you.

As I turn......older, I have a fear of forgetting things. But, as a reminder I always tell myself to be a better person than what I was yesterday. To be not just remembered, but unforgettable.

So....yea......this is 40 something. I'm a year older today. I'll enjoy my day, either a day to remember or forget. Enjoy today! by @rogerelchavez
