Party Ribs 🤘🏽

Started out by taking three racks of meaty baby back ribs and cut them individually. Seasoned them with @holysmokersrubco Cherry Hickory BBQ Rub. Using @jealousdevilcharcoal lump charcoal I fired up the @cottonginsmokers Harvester Drum Smoker until the temp was maintaining around 250 degrees.

Smoked the ribs for about 90 mins before pulling and transferring them to an aluminum pan then adding butter, brown sugar, and tossing them in @biffssauce Blue Ribbon Sauce. Covered in aluminum foil and put them back on the smoker cooking until the internal temp of the ribs reached about 205-207 degrees.

These party ribs turned out absolutely perfect and the smokey flavor combined with the cherry hickory rub and sauce was incredible 🔥🔥

🔥Shotgun Shells🔥

Smoked at 250 on my @traegergrills Ironwood 885 for 90 minutes and then topped with @biffssauce Blue Ribbon BBQ Hot & Spicy sauce. Kicked up the heat to 350 and grilled for another 10-15 mins.

These shotgun shells are amazing and a great addition to any backyard barbecue. I mentioned kicking up the heat, @biffssauce Blue Ribbon BBQ Hot & Spicy sauce added the perfect amount of heat and elevated the flavor to the next level.

If you’re in the #pnw and haven’t tried this sauce yet, go and grab some to try for yourself at your local @safeway store. You will not be disappointed!!

This Tex Mex burger was everything I didn’t know I needed 🔥

Mixed the 80/20 ground beef with a little taco seasoning, black pepper, and finally hit it with some @mr.franksseasonings Garden Sriracha to kick up the heat!

Grilled on my @traegergrills Ironwood 885 and topped with pepper jack cheese. Using a fresh @stpierreusa Brioche Bun I added guacamole, then topped the burger with red onion and cilantro 👌🏽
