The path of Jiu Jitsu is a difficult path with ups and downs, there are days you want to leave it but it is a lifestyle that you must adapt full of discipline, magical moments and tragic moments, but each day that progresses is a challenge more overcome, the Jiu jitsu not only stays on the mat, it is something that you bring to daily life and helps you overcome challenges, although Jiu jitsu helps you to have a different approach and see adversities as another challenge and go for it, it helps you to know that everything is mental and when you think you can't anymore it's because you can continue improving and evolving, it's not easy but it's not impossible it reminds you that everything is possible if you have enough disciplinary determination. I am happy because today I receive a new tape and with it, new challenges to meet and new goals to conquer are unlocked, although Jiu Jitsu is a lonely road, you surround yourself with incredible people who become your family, thanks to all those people who they are always there and now they are like my family, thanks for all @micacipili @gracielasvegas @vegashost_1277 @lakindenim @bonetjoshua @acrobert702 @rob_schumann_ @ivanj.bjj @tresdoyle @rudy_bjj El camino del Jiu jitsu es un camino difícil con altas y bajas, hay días que quieres dejarlo pero es un estilo de vida que debes de adaptar lleno de disciplina de momentos mágicos y de momentos trágicos pero cada día avanzado es un reto más superado, Estoy feliz por que hoy recibí una nueva cinta y con ello se desbloquean nuevos retos y nuevas metas que conquistar, si bien el Jiu jitsu es un camino solitario te rodeas de personas increíbles que se vuelven tu familia, gracias a todas esas personas que están siempre y que ahora son como mi familia #jiujitsu #jiujitsucon #worldmaster #bjjlifestyle taken in Gracie Las Vegas by @rogert_bjj

If you fall you learn and get up stronger, the limits are set by you. Do not give up hold on to your dreams and sooner or later you will achieve them, Yesterday I had the opportunity to participate in the 18th national Jiu jitsu tournament and celebrate my 27th birthday in which I got first place in the adult category - 85 Purple belt and third place Jiu jitsu fighting -85 I liked my performance although I have many things to improve I felt good, this would not have been possible without my training partners and my teachers all this is teamwork Si te caes aprendes y te levantas más fuerte, los límites te los pones tú. @brenda_yuliana_liinares @angelochoochoa @veronica.herrera.5437 @saatoza #bjj #purpebelt #femex #mexico #graciehumaitá #graciehumatalv taken in Pachuca de Soto by @rogert_bjj
