My Yummy Oatmeal! I used One Degree Farmers We Know Organic Sprouted Oats!!! Also included was the Sweetest Juiciest Mango I’ve had This Year, White Fleshed Peaches They were Reddish tho! Strawberries, Cherries, Blackberries, Cape Gooseberries, a Mashed Up Banana, Suntella Sunflower Seed and Chocolate Spread, Dandies Regular Marshmallows, Almonds, 2 Ingredient Cashew Milk, and Lots of Ceylon Cinnamon!

I woke up in a happy mood and It’s stayed with me all day! There’s no reason for the happiness! I’m not doing anything unique or fun necessarily! I’m gonna try to make this my default mood if possible!!!

This post is dedicated to my Sistaaa,
@soulfoodtribe__ who talked me into putting this salad into a post instead of just a story! Also she had a post yesterday that really made me think!!! She said that every day she tries to look forward! To live in the now or to set the now in a way to affect the future! And to let go of dwelling in the past! The day before her post I had a really awesome day!!! I was living forward! I was really focused on the now! A little bit on what good may come!!! And then when it was time to go to bed I started thinking about the past! I got really wound up and it was a shame because I’d had such a good day! I fell back into an old pattern! These old events are not going to change! I have to let them go! And the next morning @soulfoodtribe__ had a post that addressed the very thing that I went through only a few hours before!!!
