Today, we had a meaningful and inspiring session exploring the importance of consistency in personal growth. We were reminded that lasting growth does not happen overnight; it develops through intentional choices, small daily actions, discipline and faithfulness over time. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Rachael Knotts for her dedication, thoughtful preparation and continued commitment to investing in the growth and development of women. We are especially grateful for her understanding and flexibility as we experienced some audio difficulties during today’s session. Despite these technical challenges, the session went smoothly and was truly enriching for the ladies. The women greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn, reflect and consider practical ways to apply the Law of Consistency in their daily lives. Above all, we give all Glory and honor to our Lord, Whose Grace continues to guide this initiative and make these opportunities for learning and growth possible. May the lessons we have learned today encourage each woman to remain committed to her growth, take small steps consistently and trust God throughout the journey. “Though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” — Proverbs 24:16 #WomensGrowthSeries #LawOfConsistency #LeadershipDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #GlobalWomensConnect AllGloryToGod by @rohapeter

I am deeply grateful to the Lord for blessing us with another meaningful and enriching women’s leadership and personal growth session at New Dawn Church. Today, we continued our journey through The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, focusing on The Law of the Mirror and The Law of Reflection. It was a valuable opportunity for the women to pause, reflect on their experiences, recognize the strengths they already carry and consider how they can continue growing in the season of life where God has placed them. I am especially thankful to God for allowing me to serve Him by creating opportunities where women can learn, reflect, encourage one another and develop the gifts and abilities He has entrusted to them. I am humbled that He continues to use this ministry for His purposes and I give Him all the glory for what He is doing through these sessions. I am also sincerely grateful to Dr Rachael Knotts for generously sharing her knowledge, experience and leadership expertise with our women. This collaboration has been a meaningful blessing, and I am thankful for the opportunity to learn and serve alongside her. To God be all the glory for every opportunity to serve, every lesson learned and every life encouraged. 🙏🏻 #NewDawnChurch #WomensLeadership #PersonalGrowth #LeadershipDevelopment #LawOfTheMirror LawOfReflection WomenEmpowerment GrowingTogether ServingTheLord ToGodBeTheGlory by @rohapeter

I am pleased to share that we will be hosting our second session of the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth series at New Dawn Church on Saturday, September 26, 2026. This session will explore two important laws: 3. The Law of the Mirror 4. The Law of Reflection The session will focus on recognizing the strengths we have developed through our life experiences, learning from those experiences and identifying areas where we can continue to grow personally and as leaders. We are grateful to have Dr. Rachael Knotts, Ed.D., Certified Maxwell Speaker, Trainer & DISC Consultant, joining us as our facilitator. It is a privilege to learn from her experience and connect with an international leadership perspective. Please keep this session in your prayers as we look forward to another meaningful time of learning, reflection and growth. May this opportunity encourage women to recognize their God-given potential and continue developing the strengths already present in their lives. ❤️🙏🏻 #NewDawnChurch #WomensLeadership #PersonalGrowth #LeadershipDevelopment #WomenEmpowerment #15InvaluableLawsofGrowth #LawOfTheMirror #LawOfReflection by @rohapeter
