Daniel and his girlfriend did something many people spend their entire lives imagining.

They left their jobs, their homes, and the safety of their routine behind to live a dream they had carried since childhood.

For 11 months, they traveled across Asia.

But when I listened to his story, I realized this project couldn’t simply be a record of the places they had visited.

Because a great journey leaves behind more than photographs.

It leaves us with new ways of seeing the world.

Daniel told me about the mountains of Nepal, Japanese culture, jungles, temples, oceans, and, most importantly, the people they met along the way.

Different cultures and religions coexisting, sharing, and showing them that there are many ways to experience life.

My challenge was to transform all these fragments into one visual language.

Not to represent each country literally, but to find the symbols, forms, and connections capable of translating what remained within him after the journey.

Maybe that’s what traveling truly does to us.

We move through places.

And somehow, they begin to live within us too.

Klass shared what truly mattered to him not aesthetics, but essence.

Poseidon came up not as a character, but as a symbol of what he already holds: inner strength, instinct, and presence.

Deeply connected to water, nature, and movement, Klass lives with intensity.
But also with love, spirituality, and devotion as a father, husband, and a man who dives fully into life.

The trident represents that: not just power, but direction, protection, and balance.
This tattoo speaks of a man who, even on solid ground, carries the soul of the sea.

Tasso arrived with steadiness in his gaze and softness in his words.
He spoke about life with care, like someone who knows that everything valuable is born from presence.

He is a dentist, passionate about biology, about structure, about precision.
But when he spoke of his father, logic gave way to emotion.
It was more than a tribute.
It was a way to keep close what never truly fades: love, respect, origin.

The tattoo was born from that place.
Not as a reminder of what was left behind,
but as a bridge between what has passed and what still lives within.

Each line I drew carried this intention:
to turn skin into shelter.
A shelter for memory, for gratitude, and for everything Tasso carries with elegance, with calm, and with truth.

My last EuroTour of the year.

Every time I create a tattoo, I’m reminded that we choose to carry the things that truly matter to us.

A person. A memory. A feeling. A part of our story.

For me, tattooing is about giving a permanent place to everything we want to continue carrying with us.

I’m back in Europe for my last tour of the year, starting in Amsterdam.

Once again, taking my work to new places and meeting stories that will stay with me too.

Some stories are shaped by everything we learn to carry along the way.

In Marjolein, I discovered a woman deeply connected to nature, whose strength was built through resilience, unconditional love, and the courage to keep moving forward.

Her family is her foundation, her three pillars. And while her life is filled with movement and energy, it’s in the silence of nature that she finds her way back to herself.

I translated her journey into a composition of frames, each holding a fragment of her world. Memories, landscapes, and emotions that, together, reveal something deeply personal.

This piece is not only about what she has overcome, but also about what she is learning to embrace.. the beauty of slowing down and finding peace within her own story.

Because even the strongest souls deserve a place to rest.

Isaac, living in Amsterdam, carries a deep curiosity about people, cultures, stories, and everything there is still to learn.

During his time in South Africa, he discovered Ubuntu, a philosophy rooted in our shared humanity and in the belief that we become better through one another.

For Isaac, design becomes another language for expressing connection, movement, and humanity.

Bart carries a story marked by movement, transformation, and different phases of life.

The art needed to translate his ability to move forward without losing what made him who he is.

That’s why this piece needed
to speak about movement.

About what ends, what remains,
and what begins to emerge after.

The lines meet, overlap, drift apart, and continue.
Like life itself.

There is no final form.
There is evolution.
There is connection.
There is the courage to keep becoming who you are.

On Monday, I’m heading back to Amsterdam.

This city has become part of my journey in a way
I never expected when I first came here.

Every time I return, I meet new people, hear new stories, and discover new references that eventually find their way into my work.

I like coming back to places where a story is already being built.

And this will be my last tattoo tour in Amsterdam this year.

A few more days of tattooing, conversations, encounters, and creating before closing this chapter.

I’m curious to see what this trip will bring.

Some connections are easier to feel than to explain.

For Renco, the idea was to create something minimal and subtle, built only from simple lines, but with a sense of balance and connection.

Two paths begin separately, one on each arm, moving through the body until they meet and intertwine across the back.

They remain independent,
but are always connected by something almost invisible.

Nothing literal.
Nothing unnecessary.

Just lines, space and movement creating a quiet connection between two sides of the body.

There are some things we carry with us because they still have something to say.

Eduardo’s story is full of contrasts the rebellious young man, the father, the lawyer, the student of literature, the traveler, the person who is constantly looking for new ways to understand the world.
And then there is time.

The awareness that there will never be enough of it to see every country, read every book, experience everything we want to experience.

the reference to Wish You Were Here brought another layer to the idea.. distance, absence, memory and the feeling of looking for something that exists somewhere beyond us.

Maybe that’s what interested
me most about this tattoo.

It doesn’t try to tell one specific story.
It brings together different parts of a life that is still changing.

Some things become part of our story
simply because we start living them.

Marcelo has been coming back to me for years, and this time he brought something new into the process ..

cycling.

A new hobby, a new routine and a different
way of experiencing movement.

The tattoo started from a photograph
of Marcelo on his bike.

From there, I looked at the movement, the shapes and the feeling of that moment to create a visual interpretation of the image.

I like when a tattoo can capture something
that has just become part of someone’s life.

Not a memory from the past.
Something that is happening now.
