Throwback to my first day on the Faroes Islands in Klaksvík 🇫🇴

Beautiful town 🙌, only limited café restaurant options. I take the express fast bus from Tórshavn, the capital city. It takes around 45 - 60 minutes.
Spend a part of the day here before doing the late afternoon/evening tour on Kalsoy.

This is the Stjórnarfoss. It's featured in one of the icelandair commercial video's you see on board of the airplane. Because that it's well known and become small hidden tourist spot. It was a nice bonus to one of the daytours I did.

"The Stjórnarfoss is a small but attractive waterfall.

This small waterfall located close to the town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur, is surrounded by volcanic rock hills. Around 15m in height, and almost roundly shaped."
