Finally my first clear sighting of a Leopard 😍
Took this shot during my yesterday’s safari at Jhalana Leopard Conservation Reserve. We searched almost 2 hours and covered almost all the zones of the park in search of leopards. Finally when we were about to give our hopes, this female leopard (Rani) came out of nowhere to quench its thirst at one of the water points. All thanks to our amazing driver who was so certain about that water point and asked us to be patient.

Some moments can’t be chased. They simply find you. 🤍🐆

I won’t be sharing where this was taken, but I will say this—some sightings feel less like luck and more like grace.

Watching this mother and baby leopard share a quiet moment high above the ground was something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. No amount of planning can guarantee a scene like this.

A rare and unforgettable encounter with a group of Golden Jackals in Keoladeo National Park. They came surprisingly close, giving us a front-row seat to one of the most exciting wildlife moments I’ve ever experienced. Some sightings simply can’t be planned—they’re gifted by the wild. 🦊🌿

Not every scavenger is a scavenger by nature. 🐦🦴

This Woolly-necked Stork surprised me when it landed to feed on a carcass. While these birds are primarily opportunistic carnivores that hunt live prey such as fish, frogs, insects, reptiles, and small mammals, they will occasionally take advantage of an easy meal like carrion.

Nature is full of surprises, and witnessing this rarely photographed behavior up close was a reminder that survival often means adapting to every opportunity.

Captured this beautiful sequence of Tigress Scissor during my recent trip to Dudhwa National Park. As she sat calmly on the forest track, she suddenly gave herself a powerful shake, sending a cloud of dust into the air. It’s one of those fleeting moments that lasts barely a second but tells a story of the wild in its purest form.
