I’m Koltt Hunt, a functional health coach with 10+ years in coaching and training.

My reason for doing this is personal.

I’ve dealt with symptoms without understanding what was behind them. I’ve watched people in my family struggle with that same uncertainty.

That pushed me to take action, keep learning, and help people who feel stuck and don’t know where to start.

My approach is root cause first, then optimal performance.

We look at your history, symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress, training, and relevant lab work together. From there, we build a plan, track how you respond, and adjust along the way.

This is close, hands-on coaching. You have support as we work toward better health, body composition, and performance.

Outside of coaching, faith, family, my military background, and bodybuilding have shaped who I am and how I show up.

You’ll find all of that here, alongside practical education on gut health, hormones, metabolism, nutrition, and training.

If that sounds like the support you’ve been looking for, DM “HEALTH” and tell me what you’re struggling with.

Glad you’re here.

What does working with me actually look like?

It starts with understanding what’s been going on.

Your symptoms. Your history. What you’ve tried. How you eat, sleep, train, recover, and handle the demands of everyday life.

We review those pieces together, along with relevant lab work, to identify priorities and build a plan with a clear purpose.

You’ll understand what we’re working on, why it matters, and what we’re tracking.

From there, we stay connected through check-ins, feedback, and ongoing support. We look at how you’re responding, work through challenges, and make adjustments.

Nutrition, daily habits, training, recovery, and supplements when appropriate all need to make sense together.

My approach is root cause first, then optimal performance. We work toward better health while building a routine that supports your physique, performance, and life outside the gym.

If you’ve been feeling stuck and want close support with a clear direction, DM “HEALTH.”

Tell me what you’re struggling with and where you want to go.

This one hits different. 🥹❤️

Watching a husband and wife stand on stage and BOTH take home the overall is something special.

His FIRST show ever, and he walked away with the whole thing in Men’s Physique. Her second overall title in Fit Model, and now we’re getting ready for NATIONALS.

But what makes me proudest isn’t just the trophies. It’s the work they’ve put in, the sacrifices behind the scenes, and the fact that they get to experience these moments together.

As their coach, getting to be a part of their journey and watch their hard work turn into moments like this will never get old.

You both earned this. And I hope you take a second to really soak it all in, because you deserve every bit of it.

Now let’s get to work. We have a plan in sight 🎯🙈🎟️🌐

This weekend was so incredibly memorable and special to me, and while I’m beyond grateful for my own win, what made it even more meaningful was getting to watch the love of my life step on that stage for the very first time and SWEEP his division, taking home his first Overall as a Men’s Physique athlete! 🥹❤️ I could not be more proud of my husband, and I’m so excited to continue standing beside him and being part of this journey together.

To the promoters, judges, expeditors, glam team, photographer, and EVERYONE who played a part in making this show happen — THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! The amount of work, dedication, and heart that went into making this show happen, especially in the face of a hurricane, was nothing short of incredible. I’m beyond grateful for the time and effort you put into ensuring that we, as athletes, still had the opportunity to step on that stage and showcase the hard work we’ve poured into this sport. That is something I will never take for granted. ❤️

This show will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. Not only because I got to share such an incredible milestone with my husband, but because of the amazing people I met along the way. The friendships, encouragement, support, and genuine love within this community are something truly special, and I left this weekend feeling so grateful to be a part of it. I have no doubt that some of the friendships made this weekend will last a lifetime. 🫶🏼

To every athlete who stepped on that stage this weekend, I’m so proud of you! We all have our own journeys, sacrifices, and stories behind the scenes, and it’s an honor to share this experience with such an incredible group of people.

My heart is full, my gratitude runs deep, and I’m walking away from this experience with memories I’ll cherish forever. Thank you for making this weekend one I’ll never forget! ❤️

Now… NEXT STOP: NATIONALS. 🇺🇸🔥

Let’s work! 💪🏼 by @rokohunt

One thing I’ve learned as I’ve gone deeper into functional health is that collecting more information is easy.

Applying it correctly is harder.

You can know dozens of pathways, supplements, tests, and biomarkers and still make a poor decision if you don’t understand what information actually matters for the person in front of you.

That’s why I keep coming back to the same standard:

Understand the physiology.
Know the limits of the information.
Choose the next step for a reason.
Then reassess.

I don’t want confidence to grow faster than competence.

That’s a standard I plan to keep.
