SAVE THE DATE: FRIDAY JULY 31ST

Massive thanks to everyone who made our @goodroombk debut a success! Shout out to @fixed_nyc, @a_jake_holland + the whole staff for their support & hospitality, @veronicavasicka, @arvint.nyc & @s4m23music for those killer sets, @synthicidenyc for presenting & of course all of you dancers!

Our next party will be on wheels at @xanadu.nyc & Danny (a regular there) can barely contain his excitement!

This will be a proper 80’s Skate Party where you can gracefully & glamorously glide around to your favorite hits plus some more obscure dancefloor gems of the decade. We’ll be pulling no punches & promise to hit you with a dazzling dose of New Wave, Synth Pop, Freestyle, Hi-NRG, Italo, Electro, Funk & more. Roll thru - we’d love to check out your moves!

💡🎥 🎬💥
Look ma, I made the @dailymail! This post is dedicated to anyone who thinks I’ve “gone Hollywood” lately: you are absolutely right - I have!
Earlier this summer I had the extreme honor of DJing @sweet_jinny’s wedding. My former dancing partner Jen Herrera has been a cherished friend for over 20 years so when she asked me to spin of course I was going to oblige. However, this was to be no ordinary wedding, as it was revealed that the person she was marrying was none other than the legendary #AndyRichter. Haha no way! I’ve been tuning in to him & #ConanOBrien since they first debuted in fall of ‘93 & was always a fan of their hilarious quick-witted banter & spontaneous left field humor. “Please let Conan be the officiant” I thought. Well I got my wish & he did not disappoint! The event was a star-studded affair in the West Hollywood hills, at a gorgeous house once owned by #BetteDavis. The ceremony, which took place next to an aqua blue swimming pool, also included a professional opera singer & was attended by the couple’s close friends & family - not to mention comedy royalty such as #TimMeadows #JackMcBrayer of 30 Rock #KateFlannery of The Office + #JimmyKimmel (who apparently enjoyed my DJing & was spotted dancing to Janet Jackson & Lisa Lisa!) Conan also did a brief Irish jig during the dance portion of the night, but sadly there is no video evidence of that. There’s unfortunately no photos of me with any celebrities either, but I was invited to the rehearsal dinner at El Cholo the previous night, which I’m told is one of the oldest Mexican restaurants in LA. For a second I thought I blew it by wearing a Hawaiian shirt, but as it turned out Andy was also wearing one when I arrived. “Nice shirt” he commented - what a relief! 😅
Anyway, thank you Jen & Andy for your immense generosity & for trusting me with your big day - it was one of the most wonderfully random & memorable experiences of my life. Congrats guys!

Saturday May 16th
at @gabriela90.nyc

After a brief hiatus the triple-headed synth phoenix rises once again!

Had to Reshuffle the Deck in order to procure the perfect Pair. Well presently we’re proud to reveal that we’re Holding the Winning Hand! The b3b is back: @threeofhearts.nyc - same 80’s heavy vibe but we’re Upping the Ante w/ some new modifications for the modern dancer…

Queen of the Pack @andi80s + the Pokerfaced Prince / Jack (of all trades) @rokoneder return - only this time with a real Wildcard: Dancefloor Demolition Expert @djdannywhite. Flamboyant, completely unpredictable & a true Diamond in the rough, this tall King always has an Ace up his sleeve. The whole crew is Flush with enthusiasm ready & to Play!

Now wait a minute y’all, this dance ain’t for everybody. No Jokers allowed - strictly Club Royalty.
